Fast, bright phone with no clutter
I was looking for a phone that had little of the clutter that comes with some brands - just plain vanilla Android, and this meets the bill. I wanted vanilla but that didn't mean that I was looking for something stripped down hardware wise. All the boxes ticked for me - NFC, Magnetomoeter/Position Sensors, GPS, Good old fashined headphone socket, USB3 and Android 9 (it upgraded itself quickly and perfectly on first connecting). It connects to my vehicle efficiently with Android Auto and I use it in place of the built in Sat Nav and Music system. For the price it is a very good purchase. Camera is superb and I just love the positioning of the fingerprint sensor to quickly unlock the phone on picking it up. On the minus side I dropped it on the kitchen tiled floor within 24 hours of arrival and cracked the screen. But to be honest, it was a heck of a wallop and I hadn't purchased a protective cover for it a that point. I quickly did ! I bought a nice soft feel but tough case that hardly seems to add to the size of the phone leaving me with a more ruggedised but still streamlined package. I don't mark it down for my clumsiness and the good news is that for £60 fitted a repair was effected on a while you wait basis. The screen, while cracked didn't seem to affect the functionality of the phone by the way.If you are happy to not have some manufacturer pack the phone with unwanted utlities and you want to choose your own then go for it - nice phone.

Good mid-range phone. but see my advice regarding failed WhatsApp notifications.
The Nokia 7.1 is durable with strengthened Gorilla Glass on the front and back held together with a polished aluminium frame. It lacks water protection, so keep it away from the pool!My Nokia 7.1 updated immediately to Android 9 Pie with some amazing features. If you are unfamiliar with Android 9 Pie find a user guide on YouTube – once you know the gestures the rest is easy. The Nokia does not have any “bloatware” or custom skins – it runs stock Android, so is very fast and updates very quickly. Also, the 9 Pie functions work as intended with really smooth and intuitive gestures and good battery life. The front and rear cameras are great quality too, with Zeiss-tuned sensors – 12Mp with f1.8 aperture at the back and 8Mp f2.4 aperture on the front. Picture quality is excellent and retains good detail even fully zoomed in. It also has a panorama option with on-screen instructions. There is a common irritating problem – which fortunately is easily solved. The adaptive battery power saver caused my WhatsApp notifications to randomly stop, meaning missed calls and messages. This is well documented and well known on the internet – so Nokia must know about it (but have failed to fix). You must turn off the adaptive power function to fix the problem, and turn it off again after each system update. The adaptive power settings are in Settings / Apps and Notifications / All Apps / then press the three dots at the top right corner / then scroll down for Battery Power Saver and disable it.Apart from this issue it’s a great phone, reliable, solid and easy to use.

Great battery life and excellent performance - looks great too!
This is very good value for money, I haven’t as yet been able to use it as a phone as I’m still trying to get a sim for it, but I’ve been using it instead of my iPod touch and it’s working a treat! I’ve really noticed how outstanding the battery life is, I can easily get through a day without needing to charge it at all. I’ve played around with the camera a little and it’s really good, not the type to do full-time photography with, but you shouldn’t expect that from this budget. Honestly can’t think of anything bad to say about this - it’s just a matter in some areas of me getting used to the android setup instead of an iOS one, but that’s fine.

Brilliant at first, but deteriorated later on *edited
I moved from the iPhone 7 to this and I have no regrets. NONE. I was initially worried about transferring but it was so easy! This phones facial recognition is great, the fingerprint recognition is unparalleled! The screen quality is beautiful, the alarm sounds will suit all sleepers and it's just a great phone! Plus it runs on Android One so there's no worry about your phone's software becoming outdated for a few years! It's better and cheaper than the iPhone alternative and feels awesome in your hand! Plus I've dropped it multiple times and it still works! The cases you can get for it are wonderful too! It supports fast charge which means your phone can be at 50% in 30 minutes which is useful for people who are in a rush! Overall, if you're looking to switch from iPhone to android, from a former apple head to a now solid androider (I'm still learning the terminology), this phone will help you take that leap!Edit: After only 6 months of use, I regret to say that my phone has been malfunctioning. It restarts at random moments, it struggles to charge unless in a certain position (I have bought new leads, adaptors and even cleaned out the already clean charging port, and as of yet have had no luck). It has also cut off my phone calls as much as twice within a single conversation. Despite this, I am happy to say I am still a converted androider. The problems with the phone have not deterred me from the operating system. I am contemplating a Samsung as my next phone to stay with the android system, but have it running on a different phone.

Buon telefono, belle foto, buona durata batteria. Unica pecca è caricatore e cavo inglese quindi non standardizzato come gli ultimi telefoni.

Caricatore inglese. Ottimo prezzo, buona qualità
Cellulare arrivato in perfette condizioni, un ottimo device.Peccato per il caricatore con presa inglese per il quale è necessario utilizzare un adattatore.
