Q: Can this wheelchair be driven by the rear attendant?

You have to buy a small attachment to place at the rear so that the controller can be moved from the front to the back. Takes only a few moments.

Q: Is there a guarantee on the power chair

Yes one year if ordered from technology giant

Q: Does tyhe price include VAT?

When I purchased my chair January last year the price was exclusive of VAT. When I placed my order I was contacted very shortly after by the seller to ensure I was buying the right chair for my needs (the trekker is rather heavy). They asked me if I was eligible for the VAT relief as the price did not include VAT and I had to fill in a small form they sent me by email.

Q: Can you charge the batteries out of the chair?

I dont think so. We have to charge ours at home and connect the charger whilst the battery is still connected to the chair and leave it over night.
