DON'T BUY LEXMARK, THEY DON'T CARE.
Beware purchasing anything from Lexmark. I purchased this printer for my daughter to help her do a masters degree in Glasgow. It was shipped to her after a delay waiting for it come back into stock.My daughter could not get the wireless function to work. I had to purchase a USB cable. She had barely printed 50 sheets when a error message appeared. 'Printer Tray Error'. No reason. Switched off one day and then error appears when switched on the next day. Phonecall which Lexmark charge for did nothing. Despite the fault having nothing to do with my daughter (the technician says probable sensor issue) the small print says the printer has to be shipped to the UK at her cost.'BEWARE'. Nothing better than sharp practice. She had to pay for a taxi to ship this bloody thing to a post office to ship to the UK. Cost £28. She's leaving Glasgow so I asked could they ship to Dublin (where she's heading). After much debate they issued a new repair docket and said they would. Now they have the printer they say they can't do that.BLOODY AWFUL ATTITUDE FROM LEXMARK. Buy from anyone else who gives a crap about the customer. DON'T BUY LEXMARK.
