Douglas Labs METHYLCOBALAMIN Liquid 1 OZ, (B12) - 2 Pack

I've had a b12 deficiency for years...until I started using this product. Nothing else (besides injections) seemed to work for me. This beats getting a shot in the butt any day! Taste fine but I do brush my teeth AFTER I take it. I also put it under my tongue and try to let it sit there awhile. I'm not sure if it makes a difference but that's what seems to be working for me
