Quality and Affordability
Out of the box I'm very impressed with this product. Lightweight, small, and packs down and back into its compression sack so easy compared to synthetic sleeping bags. No wrestling and cussing. We'll be field testing these bags this weekend, but they were comfortable and warm when we tried them at home. If I need it to be warmer, I'll buy a liner, but you can't beat the price for a down bag. My husband got a regular and I got a short to save space - I'm 5'4" and fit into the short comfortably with room to spare in the foot box. I've got wide hips and was comfortable, I didn't feel restrained like I have in my older (very cheap) mummy bag. I read many of the reviews before taking a chance on these - yes, they aren't incredibly fluffy, but for the temperature rating, they shouldn't be. Some reviews complained about the material feeling oily or like a garbage bag -- I find it to be soft and, yes, slick, but more in a silky way, not oily or off-putting. The light blue color is actually much more vibrant in person, less of a baby blue and more cornflower. I'm happy to support this brand because of their business model with Kiva. Unlike many of the Chinese import bags with weird brand names that Amazon sells for a relatively similar price point, this is an American company with a real website, which was part of the selling point for me and helped convince me to make this purchase. In the future I'll buy from their website directly as they offer a rewards program.

Best bang for your buck bag, I’ve used it for two seasons
I’ve owned this sleeping bag for over a year and gone on multiple backpacking trips, and I still haven’t seen a sleeping bag that matches the price/weight/warmth combo of this bag. Any backpacking bag of similar weight and warmth is much more expensive, and any cheaper bags are not as warm or lightweight. I even purchased another for my girlfriend recently. On 2-3 day backpacking trips this bag compresses down really well to a tiny stuffsack. It fits in the sleeping bag compartment of my Osprey pack with room to spare. It’s super efficient and warm enough for ~3 seasons, but nothing too extreme. I believe it’s duck down, not synthetic, which has great rebound from compression and insulates well. The outer material feels a little plastic-y, but it has held up just fine. I really like the red color over the light blue, because it’s very rich and vibrant, more than the pictures make it seem.I’d really recommend this bag for any backpacker, but especially beginners or those who are budget conscious. It’s a great bag that will keep you warm, light enough for long mileage trips, and only ~$100 which is as low as you’ll find with these specs.

Good sleeping bag
Good sleeping bag, that's well made and very comfortable and light weight perfect for backpacking! I used it on a 6 day backpacking trip in the California Eastern Sierra during august. Most of the time spent above 10000 feet! So the nights were a little nippy. Inside tent while sleeping I had a watch with thermometer capability and was able to track inside temps. Needless to say the coldest inside temp one night was 36 degrees, and I was a little too cold even to an uncomfortable level, sleep was disturbed by this fact. This was despite wearing light weight silky thermal long john and long sleeve shirt, which are light duty, not very warm thermals and a beanie to keep my head warm. I also didn't wear any socks and forgot my old trick of stuffing the footing area with other clothing I planned on wearing the next day and also for extra insulation and warmth as my feet almost always get cold. I learned my lesson after that and the next night sleeping in much higher elevation around 11060 feet which hit around 43 degrees in the tent I wore my heavy duty black thermals with thick wool socks and beanie. Given the higher temps and warmer clothing I slept nice and comfortably (not toasty, but just right). My conclusion: Pros light weight and small for backpacking, Con: not very warm and god forbid you sleep at 32 degrees or below...good luck with that. Better wear those arctic heavy duty thermals that weigh a 1lb alone and maybe an extra layer to have a decent night of rest. Your sacrificing warmth and overall comfort for something light weight and compactable by buying this bag. I'd say buy if you're hiking low elevations less than 8k feet in the spring or summer and plan on temps being in the 48 and above range at night.

Tried it out in the 20s
Camped this past weekend with my 14 year old son and some friends. I bought one of these for my son and one for me. Size wise- my son is 6'4, 180 lbs. I got him the "long" size bag. I am 5'7 and 130 lbs and bought a regular for myself. Both were excellent fits. Neither of us felt constrained. I had plenty of room. He said he did too.Packing wise- these things are super easy to pack up. No major effort in stuffing them into the stuff bags. They cinch down great, don't take up much room and are super lightweight.Warmth wise- air temps dipped down into the 20s. We were both wearing multiple layers, albeit me more than my son. (He's 14 and won't always listen, you all understand.) I even slept in my coat. With that said, I was perfectly warm, with the sole exception of my feet, but that's my own fault because I was only wearing one pair of wool socks and my feet are habitually cold anyway. My son said he got a LITTLE cold, but I don't think he wore enough layers. Even more impressive to me is that we were trying to do this trip pretty minimally. My boyfriend is former SF and strung us all up some sort of tarp contraptions about a foot or so off the ground, so none of us were even in a tent. It was pretty much this bag and nothing else between us and the air on the sides of us. Both my son and I had mats under us. His was thermal, mine was not. We both agreed that we felt warm under us. The top of the bags cinch up super tight and my son said he even got a little claustrophobic and was afraid he wouldn't be able to get out. Me, on the other hand, I found that cord and kept it pulled tight because that air was icy. There was snow under us and quite a bit of dew accumulated on us when the sun came up. Still warm and dry. Only thing I'm doing differently next time is bringing extra socks and investing in a lightweight Hyke and Byke tent because, neat as the poncho hooch was, I'm pretty certain I'd like a tent better.

Irregular filling, not warm
The filling became irregular at the first weeks, some parts is completly flat and not warm at all. I can only use it indoors with extra blankets. Its a summer sleeping bag, not 3 seasons. I want my money back

ottimo , solo a metà
Consegna come descritto, tutto ok..
