I typically buy a certain brand of haritaki, they are always out of stock. So I've ended up trying several different brands. This is the first brand I'm satisfied with. It's just as great as my original brand that I love. So they will have a new repeat customer out of me. I use this product for my dreams, and I have had several very bright & vivid dreams using this product.

Bought this after reading about all the different benefits of Haritaki.While I've not had any of the lucid dreams, or spiritual effects, I have been getting incredible sleep.This is nothing like Melatonin, it doesn't make you drowsy and you don't feel groggy when you wake up.I've been taking 3 capsules about an hour after my last meal and a few hours before bed. I personally don't feel any effects after taking them. But... After falling asleep, I'm sleeping soundly. Not knocked out, I'll still wake up if I hear one of my kids, or a noise or any regular thing that might wake a person. Upon waking in the morning, my body feels completely rested, and mentally feeling great as well. It's only been around 4 days with these, but I can tell Haritaki is going to become a daily, and repeat supplement for me.I was sceptical at first due the the way this is marketed, as a spiritual "third eye opening" supplement. But after doing my own research I decided that the many benefits Haritaki can offer, I should at least give it a try. And I'm very glad I did. This company seems to have a very good product, with no fillers. Highly recommend giving this a try if for no other reason than to get some amazing sleep. Any of the other benefits that may come with longer usage will just be an added bonus. Great product. Vivid lucid dreaming..

I don't know about my 3rd eye being opened yet, but after my 2nd night of consuming these pills, I slept GREAT! The 1st night I took only one pill because I wanted to build myself up for taking more later as the directions stated. I didn't feel any different. The 2nd night, I took 2 pills and I woke up feeling GREAT as if I had a one of those deep sleeps that make you feel like a new person the next day. I don't remember dreaming at all, but that didn't matter since I woke up feeling like a new person. I usually have a lot of pain from my arthritis symptoms, but not after the 2nd night. I felt GREAT! Now for the other good part, I had to use the bathroom a few times while running errands & I felt like I was getting a deep cleanse of my insides. I know now to stay home until I'm fully done with this unexpected cleanse. It works better than anything I've tried before in that department. Maybe my 3rd eye will open once my gut is fully free of the junk. Lol! I'm going to try to see how this works for my dreams and stuff. I may update my review later. I gave it only 4 stars because I haven't had any lucid dreams.

It’s. Si g a month if using this pills , dreams or third eye opening don’t feel anything yet. But I can sleep better n I have better bowel movement. In a month haven’t dream once yet. Third eye opening or instint either. Again only good night sleep wake up in a good mood

I brought 2 bottles of these lovely inducers and 3 nights into the first bottle my dreams were so lucid and controllable . But they were getting stronger and more surreal I stopped . about to start again and conquer my fears . I know they are more then dreams so time to go forward . The pills really work if you are not having any effects you may wants to detox your gut another way before trying these.

My third eye is open already. I will say this has made me more calm . I have a lot more clarity. I did get it for the digestive system as well. I am a dreamer already I wasn’t remembering my dreams because life has been a distraction but I am remembering my dreams. I’m just trying to see if this is really working . I’m gonna take it a little longer . I am up to 3 pills now. I do wake up feeling amazing . Waking before was hard for me .
