Sidas3Feet Mid Insole

I have a pair of these for each of my pairs of walking boots (Altberg mountain and Scarpa Terra lightweight) and found them excellent. No thicker than the standard boot insoles at the toes so no rubbing of tops of toes and good support for those of us whose arches have fallen in our later years! And they seem hardwearing.

Fits very well are toe adjustment, cool to ware and very supportive.

I thought they would be softer but they fit perfectly in my work shoes I cut the shape to fit. So handy to have and literally save my feet from long hours of work .

Ni trop mou ni trop dur, très agréable.

Solette molto comode e durature. Il primo paio è durato quasi due anni indossandole ogni giorno. Sono perfette sia per fare sport che per la vita di tutti i giorni ed il piede si stanca molto meno grazie al sostegno per l'arco del piede ed il tallone in gel.

Une première paire achetée il y à quelques années pour des chaussures de randonnée.. M'aillant satisfaite en tout point j'ai acheté cette paire pour des boots caterpillar dont la semelle était en mauvaise état. Le confort est toujours au rendez-vous.A voir si la solidité est toujours là sur le long terme.Pour le moment j'en suis tout à fait satisfait.

Al principio puede que cueste un poco acostumbrarse al uso de las plantillas pero en poco tiempo te acostumbras y luego no puedes dejar de usarlas. Muy recomendable, tanto para el uso diario como para hacer ejercicio. Buena pisada, absorbción de la pisada y ergonomía. Recomendable
