Easy to hold but that's about it... the waterproof feature does work but if you want to make a call or listen to music then forget it. Even with all the ports open on the phone the sound quality sucks really bad. I put this on my phone and loved it, then the poor quality of the sound made me remove it immediately.***the above paragraph was my first initial review, some things have changed since then, my initial review was a 1 star review, and I have now changed my review to a 5 star review due to the following:So after my rating and review I received an email from the company asking what problems I had with their product and why my review was so poor. I mentioned everything to them and they immediately wanted to make it right. I'm now giving this company a 5 star rating because they truly care about their customers. Not only was I refunded the purchase price, but was also told to keep the products. The refund took a couple days to get back into my acct. But the people I spoke with via email, truly wanted my overall opinion and honest thoughts on their products. So they excepted all of the criticism, refunded the money, and I'm able to keep the cases (I'll end up using them as a back up case if I need it). Kudos for caring about the customer (me) and making this overall experience so much better.I highly recommend this company (maybe not this particular case, but definitely the company) they do have some really great products and even better prices and they make sure the customer is truly 100% satisfied with their purchase or they will make it right.

I wanted to like this, as I have been looking for that perfect case for my Galaxy Note 9 for months now. Seemed like a great deal, unfortunately I had quite a few issues.Pros-It really is Water proof. Like 100% It might even be bomb proof, this thing is sturdy!It fits! I LOVE the rounded front cover on it, that impressed me. It fits like a glove.The flaps are great, they are usable and they don't feel too flimsy OR hard. The buttons are pretty firm at first but they loosen up after use.I love the color options.Strap? Yes. I love the wrist strap. It's easier to be able to tell which end is up---which is hard with this phone, lets be honest.The cover is RESPONSIVE!! Huge plus.You can use wireless charging AND magnetic (Or both!)Cons-I literally CANNOT HEAR if I use it as a traditional phone. It's so muffled and tinny. YIKESWant to play music? Don't. Just......don't. The flimsy fingerprint scanner cover acts as a tiny drum--what little sound you can get from it, yea---it's terrible.Do you enjoy taking photos? Well you are not going to get very good ones anymore. I purchased this phone FOR photo taking and it's something I have do do as part of my business. EVERY SINGLE SHOT comes out blurry due to the cover. Or has a halo form the cover. Or has a vignette from the cover.You are going to get notifications because your proximity sensor will be covered. You will have to turn that off unless you want to be driven MAD. This also means if you place a phone call, the phone WILL think your face is right next to it and go black---even if you are in the middle of something important.TLDR:I can't recommend this case unless you---don't take photos ever AND you use a Bluetooth headset 100% of the time (which is how I have to get by with it) and a bluetooth speaker. It would be perfect for those who have an issue with water damage frequently or dust...so buy it now if that's your thing!

The case makes my phone look huge and protects it from every aspect. I like how everything is covered. The only thing that can get a little annoying is that the mic and phone mic are covered so sometimes the call may sound lower than normal.

Finally We May have a Winner! Im old as dirt, tech saveey and had 100's of phone cases. This reminds me of the original Life Proof case, you have to be careful choosing the usb c cord, thin is better. I have my favorite but wont fit without extension. But it 1/4 of the price of life proof. I say give it a shot, not slimline, big bumpers, but i wont or shouldnt have to worry about breakage. Hope this helps you for Samsung Note 9, 10 will be here soon, and I will buy this product as of now. Plus comes with strap and audio extension whip... We shall see longevity of it. 5 stars until it tells me other. Always give venders 5 stars, then if having issue take a star. If they resolve quick, give it back. Love the case. I can say from the experience with it so far that it holds up to what it says it does. My only complaint is the charging port is just the right size for the stock charging cable but will not work with my 3rd part Lyft USB c cable cause it's a fraction too big to fit in the hole of the case. Other than that I'll continue being happy. Now I just need to get a wireless charger to eliminate the need for cords altogether. S-pen isn't hard to get out but using fingernails I can manage it.

I love this case don't get me wrong but it's hard to use my fingerprint scanner which I use to unlock my phone regularly. Plus speaker phone and all sound related notifications are just muted and sounds weird. Durable and thin case and it's good except for the above issues.

Unable to use the fingerprint scanner and recipients of my calls are unable to hear me when attempting to use speaker phone. I also can barely hear alerts from my phone.*Edit- orginally a 1 star, I have upgraded due to outstanding customer service. Offer of new product to be shipped or full refund immediately.

Absolutely fantastic value you get exactly what is stated WATERPROOF. I couldn't justify spending $90 on a lifeproof case so I took my chances with this one. My phone ended up in the river. Was completely submerged in a heavy current for nearly 45 minutes before it was found. Not a single bit of water got in. A few scuffs of the front case from bouncing off the rocks. By far my best investment!

the quality and build of the case is good and well worth the money
