Blue Star 1 Ton Portable AC (Copper BS-HPAC12DA White)

I am not sure if Blue Star themselves are equipped with enough technicians who knows about this product. The product was delivered to me by Amazon and no one ever came for installation or explaining the product. I am assuming it is considered that customer's will install and find out the functions themselves. There is no support and none locally will know how the whole thing works; making it extremely difficult when you need to address any glitches. I would say go for something that has proper support and installation help rather than sending that money down the drain.

This Product doesn't work for Residential customers with split windows. This works for certain type of windows and what product description says is wrong, there is no water collecting pan

The media could not be loaded. Blue star ki items aur service bekar h. Blue star ke technician apni visit time se 1 week baad aate hain . Blue star jo technician thik karne bhejte hain wo aur bhi khrab kar jate hain. Blue star area ke local technician bhejta h jinko basic bhi nhi aata electrical ka. Unhe to bus gas fill karni aati hai.
