This coffee is good. From Honduras, without having been sprayed with insecticides. Organic coffee beans are not that common it seems. Also not cheap, at £32 a kilo now. I don't mind the coffee tastes good, like I hope it does when its from Central America. I've bought 3 packets so far, about one every 6-8 weeks, though I drink a lot of coffee. As I have a new Chinese espresso machine that makes good coffee, because of its 20 bar pressure I think, I buy less coffees in shops now. I'll probably break even in about 6 months. I like the opener to the packet, you can seal it up again when done. Airtight seal is so good I don't bother with storing in fridge.

I've bought this 1kg bag on 6 occasions. They are always delivered promptly, well packaged in a resealable bag, and freshly roasted. The beans make a very palatable and pleasing drink. I find them best for filter coffee but an espresso is good too. The flavour is bright, smooth, mellow, and a slightly savoury aftertaste. What I particularly like is the effect. Good for clarity of mind and no gut irritation. Recommend .

I normally hold back from writing reviews, but, this coffee is something special. It's proper coffee, tastes like coffee should, and you can really notice the kick it's supposed to give you. I buy it in beans form and grind with a ceramic grinder. The best coffee I have ever tasted.

The coffee arrived promptly, there on after order, came well and securely packaged. I ground my proportion coffee the following morning, to be slightly disappointed with flavour, not what I expected, I repeated my normal coffee routine the following day thinking I may not have done something I normal do during my routine, however coffee was not right and lacked depth of flavour and taste, my coffee preference being black, not milk nor sugar. So following day I contacted Mindful coffee (Bradly was the person in which I had contact throughout) explaining my concerns, thoughts and some images to show my brewing technique. I received a response in less the 12 hours, extremely helpful and genuinely wanted to help resolve my query. A positive conversation regarding my concerns, Bradly at mindful coffee went above and beyond and within 72 hours of my query I received another bag of coffee to door well packaged as the first. The following morning I carried out my coffee routine and my response, wow this was the coffee I was expecting, great tasting notes, fresh, depth of flavour, slightly chocolatey undertones, with lovely floral fresh tones to finish, a real enjoyable coffee. I must highlight during this review, the fantastic customer I received from Bradly at mindful coffee, going above and beyond to provide a great customer service and a fantastic product, real credit to him and mindful coffee. Will for sure now be our new coffee supplier. Thank you again.

I’ve enjoyed the coffee for months now and loved the fruity taste of the mild blend but the last month the coffee was different. I didn’t want to not mention the step change in the quality of the coffee incase the reason for the change can be identified and corrected. Thank you for making excellent coffee.

It tastes different from regular coffee but doesn’t take long to get the taste. It’s supposed to be healthier and better to drink.

Initially got into the organic mycotoxin free coffee due to the NAC CDF protocol, since I'm a sucker for a good brew I knew it would be hard for me to give it up, so I decided to invest in a healthy coffee and have it less. Feeling let down in this venture, the coffee doesnt live up to a lush experience and leaves plenty to be desired Coffee beans are dry and crunchy, like corn puffs, initial smell is mellow, lightly sweet with an acidic undertone, yet lacks any real hearty substance. When ground in my kingrinder, the beans break up into a dusty static mess, very dry and lacking oil content. Packaging says roasted on 5/5/26 and yet I had them delivered on the 8/5... there is no bubbling when blooming the grounds, although they do swell. The final extraction is a disappointment. Flavour lacks body and tastes blunt, accompanying a bitter aftertaste. Even the colour reminds me of muddy water.... The caffeine content seems low as my partner who usually gets caffeine anxiety didnt seem to experience any with this brew.

I don't usually leave reviews but I've just brewed my first cup of mindful coffee, using their whole beans and my aeropress. I must say, I'm really impressed. Not only is it deliciously fresh coffee, it arrived quickly and well packaged. The aroma when I opened the packaging was amazing and I couldn't wait to grind up some beans. The coffee is delightfully smooth with a sweet finish and the flavour is true to the tasting notes printed on the label. As mentioned, I used an aeropress to make my first cup but I'm sure it will taste equally as lovely when making a larger brew with my French Press. I was really impressed to see that the date the beans were roasted on was the day I placed the order ( I've added a photo of the date on the packet), my order was then dispatched and I got it a couple of days later. It seems apparent that the guys at Mindful Coffee really care about the quality of the beans and how they are sourced, the label carries the Fairtrade and Organic certification and I love the fact that they've put a copy of the lab results on the listing showing that the coffee is free from Mycotoxins. I feel that these guys have got a great approach to coffee and that coupled with the fact its so easy to get fresh top quality whole beans delivery straight to my door is a massive win for me. Whilst writing this review I've been drinking the coffee and I've just reached over to have another mouthful only to find that I've drunk it all! I may have to work a bit harder on enjoying it mindfully! Thanks Mindful Coffee. I look forward to my next brew.
