The zipper broke after using the backpack for two weeks. Also, the handle button started to fray at the same time. I made a complaint and I received reimbursement for the half-price. In addition, I received two backpacks with minor failures as compensation. Despite this, they could be used with precaution.It was not a good decision to buy this backpack because of the zipper failure. However, the customer service was satisfying enough and the response was really quick.

Truly waterproof. I live in Oregon and it rains all the time! I just wouldn't go submerging it full in water etc. But well made and can pack a lot at once. Highly recommend
