Super bright!
I wasn't sure if it would be worth buying this for the 2D cell flashlight I had but I didn't want to throw the well-made light away. Before, the flashlight had a not so bright orange-ish light from a filament bulb. I got the new bulb and installed it. The installation was very easy as it is designed to screw in where the original had some kind of screw-in filament bulb mount which eliminated both the old bulb and that piece. The light from the LED was very bright and had the blue-white color typical of LEDs. I'm very happy with the result.
