Miniature Feet on the Jersey Version!!!
What's with the miniature feet? I ordered these "Jersey" PJs as well as the thicker "Fleece" version. Same brand, same 12-month size, etc. The fit and fabric of the fleece versions are excellent! The jersey versions however have miniature feet. It's almost as if they used the 6 or 9 month foot sizing for the 12 month PJs. Also, the fabric has started to pill after the second wash with just one use. I'll be lucky to get a month's use out of these since the feet are so small. I can look past the fabric, but I can't look past the fit. This makes me very wary of the Simple Joys by Carter's brand and their quality. I'll attach a pic.

DO NOT BUY!!!
I never write bad reviews but these pj's are AWFUL!!!!As soon as I opened them I noticed they were extremely thin!!!! Like see through thin!!! It wasnt a major concern because I bought them for summer nights. We keep the house on the cooler side. So I washed them and set them aside for when he was big enough to fit in them. The first time I tried to out them on him I noticed the elastics around the ankles are smaller/tighter than his other pjs. I tried wiggling his foot in and he was not having it!! He was already in a cranky mood so I tossed them aside and grabbed another pair of pj's (not from this bundle) dressed him and called it a night. The following evening when he was in a better mood I tried to put them on him again. I was still struggling to get his feet comfortably. The feet are big enough it's those elastics on the ankles I was still struggling with. Anywho I got them on him eventually and went to zip them up only to realize the neck was extremely tight!!!! No wiggle room whatsoever!!!! I took them off him and threw all 3 pairs in the garbage. I wouldnt even give these away to anyone.Total garbage!!!! I expected way more from Carters!!!!

USED!!!
Came balled up and they were pilled and with hair! They have obviously been used, so therefore $26 is unreasonable! Not to mention unsanitary

Feels like acrylic
These are slippery like suede and don't feel cottony. More of a acrylic feel versus cotton feel but thays ok. As far as fit they are middlenof the pack. Not tight slim fit they are pushing due to fore hazards while sleeping but not baggy. My main peeve is the feet have the non slip on the bottom but are STILL slippery. So idk not great for new walkers who aren't sure yet. My daughter is 13m and its a bit big on the feet but thats expected as shes too large for 12m. I prefer the hanes brand as they have transition sizes 12/18m and ot feels like traditional soft cotton items.

Cute before it hits the wash!
These suits are very cute. They fit well and I like that they have the rubber grips on the feet for new walkers. However, the material is a bust. After a few washes, the piling is insanely bad. The fabric that was once soft becomes scratchy with little balls all over. What makes it worse, is that it turns into a magnet for hair, dust, and pretty much anything that also gets stuck when you swifter dust something. With three girls in the house, I was spending so much time picking out pieces of hair after washing these. For what you save in money, you’ll loose in time as you sit there every wash picking out all the little balls of lent and fluff that gets stuck to these. I learned my lesson and grabbed a few more expensive pairs of pajamas with better fabric. I wouldn’t buy these again, and personally wouldn’t recommend.

Jersey material is very nice
I bought this as an alternative to the microfleece onesies as I felt like my son was getting to hot during the day in the microfleece. Even though it is winter, he is inside most of the day in the heat and he was sticky to the touch in the microfleece sometimes. These jersey onesies are thin, thinner than i was expecting but they do keep him warm. I've washed them and they do shrink a little but that was good because they were slightly big when i opened the package. The material is super soft, like jersey bed sheets, and they have lots of space but when i change his diaper, he is warm to the touch so i do not feel like they are too thin. I will imagine they will be perfect for the spring when it is starting to warm up, and even good for indoor winter days. The chameleon print is adorable.

Sleeves ARE proportionately smaller than rest, so order two sizes UP!
I like the jersey versions of the jammies I no bought for my 3 year old son. He’s build like a 4+ year old. I read and heeded the reviews emphasizing the size issue in the sleeves and legs and got a 5T for him. Out of three designs for the 5T (the only designs they had for that size are the blue and orange dog face one with the space cows, etc.), the dog face design has a far different fit for some reason. The legs were twice as long to the point where the feeties kept falling off of his feet and bunching up. The other two designs did not have this problem and fit a little loosely, but that’s what I wanted. It’s very strange the one design is so different and a larger version of the 5T sizing.Other than that, it’s as others have said with the sleeves being a good possibly two sizes smaller than the size proportions of the legs. So get a couple sizes up if you can and either hem the legs up for the time being or just let them loose. My kid loves his new jammies, and he absolutely HATES having his feet covered when he sleeps, so I know that he loves them! They’re comfortable and breathe well. We live in a hot, humid climate, so this was the best choice by far.

Poor fabric
I ordered 1 of each set of these. After 3 washes the fabric started to get little "pill" balls on the outside. Now the fabric velcros to itself. My son is 6 months old, weights 18lbs, 27ins long and wears 12m Carter's. I ordered a size larger (18m) to get more use out of my money and wear them longer.

Very poor quality
These have got to be the worst sleepsuits I’ve come across. They are so thin that you can see through them. The fabric and the seams are rough on the inside which is not what I expect from baby’s clothing. If my son is to wear them he’ll have to wear another layer underneath.

Highly recommend
I have been looking everywhere for growbags for this size/age for bed and lounging around the house. The patterns are so cool and they have foot grips on the bottom also no more poppers easy to put on with a front zip Carter’s I love I’m from the Uk and very hard to get this type of quality clothes and different designs and patterns. I have family in America and they have sent some lovely boy outfits over for there nephew my son. Shame not more of a variety. So hard to get cute boys clothes. 🥰

Huge and awful material
Ordered age 4 as other reviews say comes up small. They are enormous, would fit a 6 year old easily. Material is horrible so rough. Will try washing them and if they aren't any softer the bin will see them.

Decent, but incredibly thin material.
These arrived, size is perfect, zipper detail is always a win in my book- but I bought these thinking they would keep my son warm. Haha definitely not! They are cute, but genuinely see-through the material is so light. Good buy, but not for winter months.
