Noticed significantly reduced storage capacity in my cell phone's original battery. It seemed normal until 80% of the charge was left, then fell to low battery alarm level after a few more minutes of call time. The original battery was only three weeks older than the replacement battery, so I was concerned about the shelf life of the new battery. Turns out that the new battery still has great storage capacity, at least for now. We will see later if the life of the replacement battery has been shortened by the many years in storage, but for now I'm completely satisfied with the purchase.

Just received this and put it in my phone. The stupid thing didn't even turn on my phone! Thankfully, I bought another battery the same time I bought this one and THAT one works! I'll stick with buying batteries from THAT company from now on! What a waste of cash with this one!!I've been buying the same battery from different buyers here on Amazon and there was only ONE TIME when a battery was actually FULL of power. I can't say that for this most recent purchase that arrived 10/24/18). I've only got 3 bars of life - AGAIN. These batteries never come with enough power to give a FULL battery life. EXTREMELY disappointing - but until I just force myself to walk into an AT&T store to purchase a phone that's of the 21st century, I'm a prisoner of buying these damn things! Just throwing good money after bad. I'll eventually come to the conclusion that I've surpassed living and learning already. JUST BUY A NEW PHONE, WOMAN! (Easier said than done!)

After a full charge overnight this battery lasted no more than four (4) hours before it was completely discharged. And the phone was very lightly used (no voice & only a few text messages sent).Obviously I don't know whether or not this battery is a counterfeit, is used, or is just a lemon. But I notice I'm not the first reviewer to have problems. And note: this is an Amazon Verified Purchase & I have a long track record of reviews so I'm not shilling for or against anyone - the battery is bad, just like some of the other reviewers on here reported as well.it's going back to the seller (Dealscaly). Alas since the seller is an Amazon Marketplace affiliate, I have to pay return postage, which once I elect verified delivery will probably cost me as much if not more in postage than the item was worth in the first place. It doesn't matter. I'm asking for a refund on principle, and will pay for the return postage whatever it is.

I'm sure it's fine but I ordered the wrong one I guess was so cheap did not bother to return because you must make sure all the numbers match for your phone so double check and don't guess it's close enough because it must be exact.

I can't vouch for the life of this battery, having just been using it for a few weeks, but the price was the best one available and it works just fine in my phone.

I bought this product because I had issues keeping my phone charged. I have a very basic phone with no data plan so I normally have a good battery life for my phone. I also charge my phone every night to maintain a fully charged battery.At first this product had only a marginal effect on my battery life issues. I began to think that my phone was beginning to kick the bucket but after a couple of weeks the battery started holding full charge all day long. Not sure if the battery needed extensive charging before use, but it works great now.

For the price, this was a great, cheap fix for my old faithful phone, Samsung TXT SGH-T379, which after a couple years, started turning off on its own. Was bummed that I'd have to start looking for a new phone because today's smart phones only have virtual, not real, keyboards I prefer, & the phone is used primarily for texting. Was initially unimpressed with the battery, which was slightly misshapened, didn't have the pristine look of the original battery that came with my phone, and was sent unwrapped in a padded envelope. However, once installed, it charged up fine and has pretty much solved the irritating shut-off problem. That was several months ago, and it's still working fine. Would buy this again; delivery of battery was before the promised date.
