Does the job, could be better
I have about 2 acres with many trees I use this for over the past 2 seasons. Overall I'm satisfied. Cuts great and starts without a problem. There are a few items that I would change if I had the ability: 1) I wish it was longer and had more "leg room". I'm 6'1" and 304 hours can be uncomfortable because my knees are in my chest. 2) I wish the seat had armrests. Again, being tall my arms just sort of dangle and I may install a seat with armrests for the coming year. 3) If my yard is wet at all I cannot mow and this mower will get stuck. My neighbors is a bit more "rugged" and handles the rain better.Wroth noting I had to send it to the shop this past summer for a few weeks because the carburetor needed to be replaced. Couple hundred bucks and I was surprised it was having issues already, but the shop said there was no issues getting parts and it ran great when it came back. This is a real basic entry level zero turn that will do the job each time you need to mow. I would recommend this mower, but probably wouldn't buy it again for my yard. For my 2 acres I would get something with a bigger cut given the chance.

Worst mower ever made
I bought this mower and after unloading it at home the belt immediately came off. The mower would not engage the blades. I took it back to exchange with another of the same mower. Before we loaded it up, I tested the mower just in case. The mower kept blowing a fuse located underneath the seat. They finally replaced both mowers for one still in the crate. I brought it home and it the belt disintegrated Within 30 minutes of unloading. This mower is junk. I got my money back and went and bought a Craftsman.

I have used this unit for 144 hours now. The unit performs great. I have used it only under dry conditions but once again it performs flawlessly. There is no question about power. I have used it to cut very tall grass, about 14 inches tall, it had went to seed, and it does not indicate a lack of power. The only problem I have had was with both front tires. They both pulled away from the the bead. The tire shop recommended about 30 pounds of pressure in the front tires. This has seemed to alleviate the problem.I could only suggest ordering armrests with the unit and more available information on how to move the unit when the engine is not running. This information is available but needs to be on the shipping crate.
