Egyptian-Spice Bazaar in Istanbul

I purchased this for my granddaughter as I felt she would find it of interest. We visited the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul this past August (2015) where she purchased many spices. I think she would have loved the Egyptian Bazaar also so bought this for her as we plan on returning to Istanbul one day. The pamphlet is printed on high quality laminated pages.

I expected this to be a more informative guide to the Spice Bar. Perhaps it covers all there is to cover? If so, it wasn't a good buy.

This was an excellent resource when we went to the spice bazaar this past May. It provides an accurate description/picture of the insides of the building.

This brochure gives a fast but thorough background with great diagrams and photographs for this major site in Turkey. Make sure you have one or insist that your tour guide distributes them.

This brochure cannot possibly describe the sights, delightful smells of this shoppers' paradise. The arrangements of food and food related items for sale are a form of artwork.
