Parts Missing
This shower set was delivered on Sunday and I fit it today 20 December, the job was simple and I was well impressed overall.However it changed when I realised that the two chrome end stops for the actually riser tube were missing from the pack. You would think that packs would be checked to make sure all parts were included.I have emailed Mira and asked if they can send me the missing parts, so I will wait and see.

Disappointed
The head has a fixed angle . It’s for a guest room so I have to tell guests not to tilt or move the head as it will break . Just really disappointed cause it sounds cheap .

Missing items, default hose length way too short, wall screws cheap.
I just received this. I didn't realise that the hose would be so short. I guess I should have read the fine print but the image makes the hose look way longer than it is. Who wants a 50cm riser with only a 1.25m hose? Ridiculous!Also, there is no plug and screw for the soap dish, and the screws that went into the wall were so cheap that using a very soft setting on my electric screwdriver wore them down.No idea how good the shower head will be but won't be buying Mira again!

Replaced old mira riser with new one, it fitted where the old one was removed, all done in 20mins 👍

Useful but costly attachment
Useful addition to shower room as my wife wanted a flexible hose attachment to the original fixed shower head. No doubt you can buy something similar for far less cost. In my case i needed to get a valve connection to give choice of use and as this needed to be above the existing shower head which made it somewhat high up but she can just reach.

Great works really well
It’s great but very very white so unless you have brand new shower the white will not match, I don’t mind myselfAlso soap dish gets clogged because there is only one vent hole ( but nit picking really)

Well built and easy to install
Straight forward replacement for a similar product that had been broken by the previous home owner, in a combined bath/shower. It was easy to remove the old unit and install the new. The shower head on this new unit is quite powerful given that the water is coming from a gravity fed system, and a good improvement on the old one. The rail is strong and looks like it is going to stay in place for a long time. It was definitely worth getting the 1.75m hose as it makes washing hair only and rinsing the bath down a lot easier.
