Raleigh T1534 Discovery Cycle Tyre - Black, 700x35c

you get what you paid for, I am pleased the product was as decribed, it arrived in due time no damage or anything like that, fairly priced as well, all in all its recommanded product in my opinion.

I ordered a pair of these tyres. They were well packaged and arrived on time. Strangely one tyre arrived on the Saturday and the other on the Monday. My bike had 700c x 40c tyres fitted. When I fitted these tyre on, they made my bike look great. They reminded me of the old 27 x 1 1/4 tyres. The rubber looks good and has plenty of grip. I would say these tyres will last a good few miles and are worth the money.

Probably a mark of today's ever competitive world of cheap items, but these are rubbish. They don't thread properly. I bought a pair at a good price to put on my hybrid so I could get through the winter safely on my bike. All that happens when you try and put them on the rim is the innertube just pops out to say hello 30 seconds later. It's not a tight enough thread. I thought I wasn't threading properly at first but I did it and re-did it at least 40 times and it happened every time. It was back in July I bought these as I wanted to prepare my hybrid so it was all ready for rainy bike rides, but as I didn't use it I forgot about it and didn't send the tyres back. So in the dustbin they went. It's up to you of course, but I won't be buying Raleigh tyres again. Might as well throw my wallet away.
