I chose to rate this item with 5 stars because it offered us the perfect solution for storing our plates. After a lot of searching to find the best way to store dinner plates so that we didn't have to struggle around in a cupboard where they were stacked, I then found this little gem on Amazon. It's small depth is perfect to fit the cupboard but is sturdy and strong, made of metal but coated with white plastic, so it looks good too. For the price, I think this is a real bargain. Since buying ours, guests we had recently also thought it was a good idea so I ordered another one for them, which they have since received and are very pleased.

I use it for storing plates inside my kitchen cupboards.I had been looking for an awefully long time for the kind of fitting that you find in my home country (Spain), where you get this type of wire rack that can be drilled inside a kitchen cupboard. This is typically used for draining plates after washing up (most of the cupboards that have these racks are bottom-less & sit above the sink, so water drips directly into the sink & you don't have to dry up) and it's super common to find them, but they are NOWHERE to be found in the UK. Even Ikea sells a cupboard with these fittings in some countries, but not others...This is the closest that I could find in the UK and it's absolutely fine, and would buy again. Having said that, it bends a bit in the middle with the weight of the plates & it doesn't hold that many plates, but it's fine and I like it & I suppose it meant I didn't need to drill inside my kitchen cupboards.

Each slot needs to be narrower and deeper. Currently plates lean against each other.

These are gr8 i always have one on my sink this is my third one now but they last for years.

Organised my plate cupboard, so I can get at everything without moving piles of plates first. No assembly needed. Value for money, sturdy little product. Would buy again...where have you been all my life!!
