is the skirt elasticated all round or just the corners?

It goes all the way round as far as I remember and never comes off during sleep. Best one I have bought!

Will this be loose on a 20cm deep mattress? Also what is the poly/cotton ratio? And is the skirt polycotton too?

I don’t know the poly cotton ratio, the skirt is cotton and the elastic is good so should hold well on a 20cm mattress. It is lovely quality and washes well .

Can you tumble dry this item?

It says you can, I personally prefer to line dry or dry indoors

Is the skirt of the mattress topper 100% cotton

As far as i know yes it is 100% cotton. It fits well and seems exactly what we expected.
