This is brilliant! So easy to install, less than 5 minutes to put in place and inflate. It has stopped the horrendous draught blowing down the chimney and made a massive difference to the warmth in my living room.

Arrives quickly and fitted fairly easy. Noticed several weeks later that the ballon was loosing some air. The seller was great; quick replies to emails and lots of help and support to get it sorted (and they put up with my constant hassling!!!). Top seller, wish more had this kind of customer support.

Tube to inflate could be longer

Came with a hole in it so doesn’t remain inflated - no contact from where I bought it from. Product looks good other than with a hole. Black tape keeps it inflated for a few days. I can’t seem to get any return so probably avoid the seller, product looks good.

Keeps the heat in

Great product, reduced draught straight away. Installed in minutes, very easy.

Put this up inside my open fire place as have decided not to use fire. Just tucked it up the brass hood to avoid any draft coming down the chimney into my sitting room. Works a treat and can easily be taken out when or if required.

The balloon was flimsy and not what was expected.....the bag it came in was better quality. Tried to blow it up first before putting it up the chimney but it didn't fit, so let it down so far and pushed it up the chimney and then blew it up to fill the chimney space but it was awkward to fit. Eventually got it to fit but the balloon kept deflating. Experimented with the balloon outside the chimney, blew it up and left it. Several hours later the balloon had gone down.For us it was a disappointment and a waste of money.
