Perugina Rossana Hard Candies, 1lb Bag

These candies were one of my favorites growing up in Italy! The first time I saw them online was almost half a year ago and they were priced at a little over $20.00/lb. I was lucky enough to buy them at about $10.00/lb here on amazon. I noticed the price has been increasing- even so, I still think they're worth the extra cash. The candy itself is hard on the outside with a soft, creamy center. Rossa candies have a very unique flavor. I agree with previous comments that mentioned a "hazlenut" and "dulce de leche" taste. I would also like to add that it has a hint of almond too. I'm glad to say that all the candy pieces in my order were intact. My order was shipped by Amazon (through Amazon Prime). The package of candy was shipped in a properly-sized box with the extra air cushions to avoid them moving around in transit. Between me and my boyfriend, this bag lasted about a month. It really depends on how much one wants to eat in a day. Sometimes I eat one and sometimes I grab a handful. In the future, I would buy this one pound bag again from Amazon.

Yummy!! The best candy. I used to but these in Italy and love them. Perfect when in the mood for a good and tasty candy. The filling is perfect!

I have only been able to buy this on my visits to family in Italy. I have searched for this before but have never found it. Was buying other Italian candy and this was suggested and I was very surprised. Great hard candy with cream hazelnut filling. Glad Amazon now has this!

My favorite Italian candy! No need to buy at local stores who charge plenty more.

Delicious, nice size

I've loved these candies since I was a child. We usually got them in a bag of mixed candy and I always ate these first. They still taste as good as I remember them.
