Signature Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 2.04kg, (Pack of 1)

I haven’t used these yet, but I’ve purchased them before. This is good quality chocolate, great for any number of uses. I use it to make ganache mostly.

I used to buy these at Costco until I didn’t renew my membership. Buying them via Amazon is much better/easier/more convenient. They melt well, are great in baking and aren’t bad for a quick emergency chocolate hit! I’ve used them for our chocolate fountain (mixed with oil) and it works well. Bought for years, and will continue to do so.

I like that this product uses responsibly sourced chocolate - I don't like thinking that my chocolate hit comes at the price of slavery and child labour, still rife in the chocolate industry. The chocolate itself won't win any awards, and there's a lot of chocolate dust in the bag as well as chips. But it tastes fine, is dairy free, and works well in cooking, added to yoghurt or cereal, and just eaten as a choclate treat.

These are good dark chocolate chips. The price is a bit on the high side, by comparison with bars of chocolate, although they are comparable with other packs of chips. Unfortunately, the third-party customer service is poor. My last order failed to appear and I contacted the vendors several times. They just repeated a message that it had been sent on a certain date. I had to resort to asking Amazon for the requisite 'no show' refund. It turned out that they had sent it by Royal Mail and had not paid the correct postage. It would cost them more in the end by failing to play the game.

The customer service I recieved from Sam was exceptional... I ordered this product initially at the beginning of October, unfortunately 'Evri' lost my order... I contacted the company and received a reply literally within minutes... this was on a friday, I received a replacement on monday... I love this product and it's great value for the money... I will buy from again in the future from this company as it was NOT their fault it went missing the first time... thankyou Sam 🙂

These are great, raw, baked or cooked. Fantastic taste, consistency and look. Wait for a deal though.

I use these a lot in backing, cookies, muffins etc. The always hold their shape and taste very nice

Aus Amerika zurück habe ich nach einer Alternative für die dortigen Choclat Chips gesucht um Grandmas Rezepte nachzubacken. Mit diesem Artikel kommt man der Sache so nah wie nur möglich. Sie erinnern sehr an das amerikanische Original und lassen sich gut verarbeiten - besonders in Cookies 😁
