I love Glocks. There's only one thing I HATE about Glocks: no external safety. I've tried several things: the Cominolli (bought the install kit which includes cutting into the receiver with a dremmel on both my Glock 20 and 29), I tried the one that has a button on the trigger (total garbage), then I tried this. Absolutely love it! I had a problem with it at first on my Glock 19 bc I have the Large grip dovetail extension and it was a tiny bit off so I just filed it down per their instructions on the website. In fact, the customer service was so good the co-owner called me the next day and I spoke with him for 20 min. Great product. I will be buying more for sure.

It's awesome! Adds a safety to your glock with NO PERMANENT MODIFICATIONS to your pistol itself! It "disconnects" the trigger, not "locks" it. This can be very helpful if your gun is taken from you by a bad guy, as if someone is unfamiliar with it or unaware of it, the gun will feel "broken". This precious time of momentary confusion can buy precious time to apply countermeasures to save you from being shot by your own gun!. It also makes the gun MUCH safer to carry loaded with a round in the chamber than a stock glock, ESPECIALLY carrying it concealed. My ONLY complaint with it is that it appears ENTIRELY made out of plastic, INCLUDING IMPORTANT WEAR SURFACES. But I am sure that keeps production costs and subsequent product price down. It's easily and fairly cheaply replaceable IF it DOES break or wear out, and for the money (AND the safety and peace of mind it brings) I feel it a worthwhile investment that might be WELL worth the cost, ESPECIALLY if it keeps you or a loved one from being shot by your OWN gun...

Too small for 10mm glocks

I'm a 1911 guy, but to be honest, a nice 1911 is too nice to keep in the truck. Plus, they do require maintenance. With this little device I picked up a $300 LEO turn-in Glock, but I can run it with a manual safety like I'm used to. Install was a piece of cake. Uninstall is just as fast when desired. Would recommend to anyone who's used to a manual safety but also wants the maintenance free Glock platform.

Easy to install, and intuitive to use. For those with children in the home or under an employer’s requirement to have a weapon with a manual safety machanism, this product is ideal.

Pulling the trigger with safety on does disengage all the safety’s until you let off trigger.

Works good but high priced.

This device fits and works very well on my G23. Not too crazy about it being plastic. Also, found out you can activate the safety by pushing in the extended part in back with your thumb, or push and hold when holstering to prevent accidents. You know, kind of like when holstering hammer fired guns. All in all, a very good concept. I would recommend it for 'one in the chamber' owners.
