These radiators look very stylish and generate plenty of heat once installed.My only concern and reason for 4 Stars, is that despite the radiators being wrapped in plastic, polystyrene packaging and sturdy cardboard boxes, of the 3 radiators I ordered, 2 were marked,1 slightly the other more seriously, so much so that I ordered some radiator touch up paint to mask/repair the damage.Luckily my plumber was able to remove the marks without the need to use the touch up paint but it would have been better not t have had the concern in the first place.

I have now purchased 3 of these radiators in varying sizes and absolutely love them! I am currently renovating an old house, and replacing the old style horizontal radiators one by one. They were delivered promptly and packaged well. The only thing I would say regards installation is they are very heavy to hang onto the wall, therefore I'd recommend taking this into consideration if installing onto a stud walls and have good fixings, but as I've got internal brick walls so there was no problem. Other than that they were easily installed and heated up no problem. The heat they throw out is amazing and that's why I love these vertical radiators. As soon as they come on, I've got two of them in bedrooms, you immediately feel the heat travelling towards you which certainly helps in getting out of bed on cold winter mornings. They heat the rooms amazing well compared to horizontal radiators that I have replaced and I will certainly be replacing the rest of my radiators with these!

The radiator arrived having been manufactured completely out of shape. The horizontal slats were at angles and each stepped at a different height, with the valves out of alignment. Completely un-usable. Having read the companies (terrible) reviews online, it's apparent this is NOT a one off. One person describing it as bent as a banana. Clearly there is no quality control taking place with this manufacturer.There was no way the plumber could install it and whilst he was able to install the rest of the horizontal radiators we ordered from another company, this one could not be. A return visit was required and we then had to pay an additional £80 to cover the cost of them coming back to fit a replacement. A replacement which turned up with valves that leaked when fully clamped and needed replacing.The customer care team, could not care less about taking any responsibility for what had happened and was the perfect example of a poorly run business that just throws their warranty conditions at you. Happy to hold on to every penny of the profit they have already made off you, whilst you are left out of pocket.There are so many places to buy these vertical radiators, PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We've had this radiator installed about 18 months in our kitchen/diner. It was excellent over winter and got really hot when needed, and radiated the heat into the room well. Once on the wall, it looks very smart and stylish.It took both our builder and our plumber to install this radiator due to its weight, and they fastened it to the wall with extra fixings.We think this radiator is great, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Delivery was fast, taking just a couple of days. As previously mentioned, it is darn heavy, so have a strong friend on call to help move it when delivered.

Unfortunately the radiator doesn’t work. After several emails to the supplier, they suggested we carry out lots of tests which incurred additional plumber visits/costs to us on two occasions. We still haven’t sorted out the issues so I assumed that they would replace it for one that worked, but we have to return the radiator to the supplier at our own cost!!It’s very frustrating because the radiator looks great but doesn’t heat up. We are now out of pocket with an item that doesn’t work and have not come to an amicable outcome with the supplier.Such a shame and we feel let down

Bought to revamp our bathroom. Went for the 'double' version as we'd rather be too warm than not warm enough as thermostatic valves can be used (matching valves bought too). Looks absolutely superb as part of the colour co-ordination in the room.Beware, as it's a rather heavy product and could well require a second person to help lift onto the brackets after marking out and drilling (solid wall). However it was installed by the plumber without too much moaning lol.

I fitted this radiator in my new extension, and it looks an performs well. The double radiator only sits about 15mm from wall, so it doesn’t stick out too much.A cautionary note: the radiator has labels indicating flow / return, this is because there is a block in the radiator which forces the water up the first two bars of the radiator and down the remaining bars. So it’s best to observe the labels.

We bought this to fit in with the colour scheme of our newly fitted kitchen and to also reduce the space taken up by the old one.It arrived on time and unlike a few other reviewers in perfect condition and not slanted or damaged.The radiator also gives off lots of heat compared to the old one it replaced. For those that say it doesn’t give of much heat, I would suggest your plumber or installer didn’t do a balance test on your heating system and didn’t adjust it to accommodate the new radiator.All in all very pleased with this radiator.
