My favorite type of protector
This protector is very simple. It's not bullet-proof or hammer-proof, and it won't save your screen from a 10 foot drop. It will, however, be easy to put on (do your research), feel nice to the touch and protect against keys, coins and almost anything it will come into contact with. I've always been a fan of wet application protectors and with the lifetime warranty, it doesn't get much better. If you're someone who constantly drops their phone you might want to go with glass, but if not this is the way to go. I've already emailed in for a replacement and they got back to me within 24 hours saying it had been shipped.

Installation is key: be generous with the spray!
ABOUT STICKING/ NOT ADHERING RIGHT: I see a lot of people complaining about their protector sticking and not adhering right. You NEED to be generous with the spray. Spray the hell out of the sticky side and spray your fingers. Make sure your hands are literally dripping and so is the protector. That will give you the flexibility you need. Then, squeegee and you'll enjoy the results in about 24 hours. The protector will be hazy for a bit but the end result is a smooth surface that I much, much, much prefer over a tempered glass protector. ABOUT MICRO SCRATCHES WHILE APPLYING: I applied the protector as directed and I thought I made a huge mistake. I used a card to remove the bubbles and I realized the card made a bunch of micro scratches. I was disappointed in my efforts so I just left it alone and figured I'd use it as is for a bit and then I'll switch over to the second protector. When I woke up morning, all of the scratches are gone. This protector has some awesome regenerative qualities. DO NOT be afraid if you're in the same situation. Give it some time and see if they'll work themselves out. FINAL THOUGHTS: The other thing that impresses me is the feel of the protector. It's super smooth. I've had wet application protectors in the past, but they usually feel tacky after they cure. This protector is super smooth. I'll definitely give my recommendation on this one.

Not easy but not impossible but well worth it
First off want to say that this is a great screen protector in my opinion. With that i just want to point out just a few things, 1st it is not easy to put on. But with just a little effort and attention to detail it will be WELL WORTH IT. I suggest doing it in the bathroom and turn the shower on to the hottest setting and letting it run for about 5 minutes. Now thats 5 from the minutes you turn the handle on. Then shut it off. The steam will pull the dust to the ground. 2nd make sure to put plenty of solutions on your fingers, screen protector (both sides), and the phone screen its self. DO NOT PULL THE SCREEN PROTECTOR OFF AT ANY COST. It should be movable for 5 minutes after putting it on so do your adjustung here. Also one last important thing. Take your time.

Great protector if you don't mind the rubbery feel
Though a new OnePlus 6T comes with a preinstalled plastic screen protector with a solid glass-like feel, it also scratches super easily. I wanted a better solution, and already finding myself okay with a non-glass screen protector and hearing less-than-stellar reviews about every tempered glass screen protector out there (including the official one!), I gave this one a try. I feel a little bad giving this protector three stars. For the most part, this screen protector delivers exactly what it promises, and Skinomi has a pretty good screen protector here. It is very easy to apply; as long as you liberally apply the solution to both sides of the protector and fingers and follow the instructions, you'll be able to align the screen protector perfectly before the adhesive "catches". From there, you can easily squeegee out the solution and bubbles. I ended up with a few tiny bumps near the edges... one on the bottom, one on the left side. I figure this is my fault, and it's only obvious or annoying if I'm looking for it. The protector completely covers the viewing area of the screen, with just enough extra on every edge to prevent a halo lighting effect common with screen protectors that are too narrow or misaligned. In practice, the screen's self-healing is no joke. This, however, is a double-edged sword. I can make a deep imprint with my fingernail, and it will start repairing itself within a few minutes, becoming invisible and back to normal within an hour or so. But, yes... I can make a deep impression with my fingernail. If you're tapping on your phone with any nail at all, you're going to leave tiny indents that will indeed repair over time, but the relative "softness" of the screen is quite jarring if you're used to glass. In addition to that, the texture is not indistinguishable from glass. It has more friction than glass, providing a bit more resistance than you might be used to on swipes and drags. This is easy to get accustomed to, and that's coming from an avid Pokรฉmon Go player! It hasn't caused any real issues in practice, but something to be aware of. For what Skinomi promises, it's hard to fault them, since none of it is really false. They promise "HD Clear", "glass-like", "True Touch" promises in relation to the screen. I can't say any of these are wrong, but they are convincing marketing terms, and the reason I bought it! The first and last one don't really mean anything, and it is "glass-like" in that it isn't exactly glass but still allows me to look at my screen and swipe around with a feel that's ALMOST glassy. However, with a little bit of glare you'll notice a bit of a "bubbly" texture on this screen that, again, hints that this isn't exactly glass. Looking head-on without glare, you'll never notice it, but it might annoy you if you're looking at the phone with the screen off. Skinomi doesn't promise any fingerprint resistance. This is also true... this thing picks up and holds onto that finger oil like crazy, and they're really difficult to polish off compared to glass with oleophobic coating. The edges of the protector also pick up dust that is also difficult to remove. I didn't experience either of these issues with the built-in protector, so it's a big miss here. The fingerprint scanner still works, but it's much less consistent. Overall, while I find it hard to find where Skinomi misses on what it promises, the qualities that the screen protector lacks that might come inherent with tempered glass are just issues I can't overlook. If you don't mind the drawbacks, go for this. For me... I'll keep seeking out a TGSP.

Easy install, nice clarity
I installed this two days ago so maybe this review is premature. But so far, I'm liking this TechSkin screen protector. It was the best installation experience I've had with a screen protector thus far. The spray solution makes aligning the protector much less anxiety producing since it gives you some time for small adjustments. I didn't worry about getting the protector aligned perfectly. I don't know if the liquid had any effect or if I'm just getting better at screen protector application, but there aren't any noticeable bubbles anywhere. Yeah! Also, you do have to give it about two days for smaller imperfections and bubbles to disappear. But they do disappear. The look and feel is good. I think the best compliment I can give this screen protector is that I don't notice it in day to day use. My thumbprint unlock still works after resetting it with the new protector on. I do see a slight edge to the protector but it's barely noticeable unless I'm scrutinizing the phone. Overall, the TechSkin is a win.

Don't Buy!
This product is trash. First of all, it doesn't come with any sort of aligner for the screen. So, here I am, trying to get this "protector" on without getting finger prints or dust on it. Secondly, they don't actually stick to the screen properly. When I finally got it on correctly (in the process I ruined the first "protector"), the screen looked as if it was covered in grease! Lastly, the in-screen fingerprint scanner doesn't work with this plastic film trash. If you're going to use a screen protector, get the one from OnePlus. They'll treat you right. I would love my money back, but don't expect it.

Bad screen protector, buy something else
Terrible screen protector. The feel of it is good, which is one of the most important things, and the only reason it gets 2 stars. It was a pain to apply. You have to spray water on the screen protector, and then it slips around a lot, and you have to wait for it to dry before you use your phone. The screen protector does not look good, and because of the water, any little imperfection is amplified. Along with that, the adhesive is uneven on the screen due to the water picking up more or less of it. If you inspect it closely at all, it does not look good. Also on applying, it is very hard to apply without getting fingerprints on the sticky slide. The protector is flimsy. Very thin, feels stretchy, and a small pressure would probably make a scratch. Don't buy, get something else.

Best One so far
I believe this is currently the best screen protector for the OnePlus 6T available so far on Amazon. I've tried several tempered glass screen protectors for the phone and they are all junk--either cut out too small, have black borders that cover up the actual screen, or have air bubbles. This protector, although not tempered glass, has no issues at all and covers the screen nicely with a nice dip for the front camera. I didn't even have to re-train my fingerprints when I changed to this protector. Honestly though, I should have probably just kept the original screen protector that came with the phone on until a legitimate tempered glass one comes out. However, until then this Skinomi one is the best.
