Customer service is great!
The jack came in with a broken axle. I contacted them and they replaced it with no hastle. The replacement works really well, however after 1 week of use it is leaking hydraulic fluid.

Don’t buy it.
My husband used this a couple times and then it won’t go down. He was stuck at a customers location had to come to the shop to get an old jack. I tried contacting about a return but I can only get a message item not eligible for return.
