The numeral size is great. The ability to dial the intensity of the LED numerals is great. The USB charger does not work. It wouldn't charge my wife's Apple Phone. The numbers are plenty large and you can see the time in the middle of the night without your glasses. Great clock.

I m updating my review and rating of the clock. Shortly after I posted my review Alice with customer service contacted me. She apologized for the problem with the clock and let me know that a new clock was already on its way to me to replace the defective unit. She was extremely nice and stayed in touch with me via email throughout the entire process. I can highly recommend dealing with this company. They have demonstrated that they stand behind their products 100%!The alarm function stopped working after about three months. The alarm no longer sounds at the time set the alarm.

Although it takes a few minutes to decipher how to set it up, its LED is bright enough to see anytime during daylight, and ajustable enough to not bother in the night (had this issue with others before). Alarms are loud, but with two sound options only Overall, I like it and would recommend it.

This alarm clock is everything I was looking for. I Love how Big the numbers are, how easy it is to adjust time, alarms the brightness. Just right for older eyes and ears. I wear hearing aids and really like the chirping Alarm. The only issue I had was when the power goes out, that clock is only designed to save the “Time” it does not save the “Alarm Time”.I contacted them about my issue and had a very pleasant experience dealing with Alice. She handled it well and the issue has been resolved

I had an atomic/radio controlled clock that had the time set automatically with the transmitter in Colorado. Lately, the time has been off by 4 minutes and there was no way to manually set the time. I purchased this clock which allows me to set the time (not choose the time zone) and had larger numbers. Very easy to use. I'm happy with the clock and I'm glad I don't have to alter the time zone to get the right time when we spring forward or fall back for daylight savings.

For the money this is a perfect clock. Very convenient design and best of all (for people who travel) the back up battery and pack-ability is perfect. My only knock on it is I wish I could adjust the alarm volume. It wakes up you and anyone in a 50 yard radius. 🤣🤣🤣

I had some problems with the first one I purchased but the seller was super fast in replacing it and had kept in touch with me to make sure everything is working good. I have had no problems with the replacement and I truly love this clock, it's extremely easy to set and love the birds sound that wakes me up and I especially love the huge numbers and dimmer dial! You can buy from this seller without sorry as they stand by their products and give awesome support to their customers.

Clock has nice sized numbers and brightness control is excellent , but setting the alarm is quite confusing and difficult. I was going to return it but decided to give it another try . When I decided it wasn’t a good fit for me and went to return it , I missed the return window .Update: since this posting, customer service contacted me and was able to show me how to set alarm easily. The customer service I received was over and above the norm. Thank you Alice!
