Takes a bit of getting used to all push buttons and digital display but well worth the money

Excellent machine
This is a great machine, easy to use & works really well. Having the water collector on the door is simply brilliant, & the filter is really accessible & easy to clear out. My only gripe is that it is quite loud but as I've not used a tumbler for many years, it might be normal.

Nice...
Well done Amazon. Good tumble drier, cheaper than AO.com.I like the fact it comes with a hose to save emptying the bottle, not plumbed it in yet but I will.

Loud and the different setting are pointless
Wow this thing is super noisy and doesn't fully dry the clothes. It has a million setting and they're all basically the same. They all have different times, but the machine turns itself off when it thinks the clothes are dry anyway, which is always about 20 minutes before they are.Emptying the water reservoir is very easy and convenient, as is the pre-filter, but the big filter at the bottom is a right pain to clean. It's in a stupid place behind a maintenance panel. This needs to be done every 10 cycles. It uses an incredibly low amount of electricity, most of the cycle it's running at about an average of 400 watts which is pretty crazy compared to my previous dryer which used 1300 watts. The noise though, oh my god the noise. When you turn it on its like a turn up chinook going past. If you live in a flat with neighbours underneath you then running it at night is likely going to make you some enemies. If you're in a house with a separate utility room then this isn't going to be a problemIt's a bargain price for what it is, I think it's the cheapest heat pump dryer out there, and I mainly got it to save electricity and I am definitely doing that. I just wish it dried the clothes fully without me putting it on for an extra 20 minutes after it's decided its dry enough and stopped the cycle

Looks great... that's the positives done...
I bought this a while back based on needing a new tumble dryer and the Heat Pump ones getting some good praise. I read around but clearly I must have missed some reviews because it's a bit of a turkey this...Positives:Draining it is really easy, take the cartridge out of the door and empty. Nice!Plumbing it in is easy too (if I did this, I didn't)It looks nice (as nice as white goods can)Easy Negatives first:It has smart touch... only with Android, so that's just a barrel load of waste of time for me.Negatives (short version):Noisy! - It's so noisy! Clattering and the likes. The programs are a waste of time - they don't seem to do anything differentThe instructions are pantsThe primary filter is one of the most stupid things - designed by.. I don't know what.OH MY WORD IS IT STILL DRYING!!!!Real pain:This thing may be energy efficient in terms of energy used per hour but wow, they don't tell you just how many hours you need to run the thing for to get things even close to being dry!I have literally had the thing on a setting whereby it has taken (no word of a lie) 6 hours to finish a cycle - this isn't a heaving load, just a regular small wash. We have out it on at 5pm and I have stirred at silly-o-clock in the morning and still hear the wretched thing clattering around. If you have one and want to try it - stick it on the Jeans cycle, see how long it takes you to dry. Here's my short advice - look elsewhere! Spend more, just don't get this unless you want to have it heating the house as well as maybe drying clothes - if you're lucky.:(

Don’t buy it!
Horrendous machine. Cleaned out all the filters and it still takes 6 hours to dry a load! I HATE THIS MACHINE!

Careful! Your energy bill could go up.
During the first month, I found the floor wet and I discovered that from the tumble dryer come out the water. I called the costumer service and I received a visit from an engineer after one week. After that episode my tumble dryer works well.Although it's class A++ , the energy bills have gone up a lot!On balance it is a good product and very useful if you have flat without balcony.
