How do I update chrome on here. My version is too old to access axis cameras?

Hello, dear friend Google chrome upgrade needs to be compatible with the highest Android version 5.1 of IPC-9800 Plus+series. You can do Application Upadate or download the updated application to SD card for online update. It works with Axis cameras, but you need to install the APP "Axs test tool" suitable for AXIS testing through automatic update. Thank you so much! I cannot get this unit to connect to any wifi, just says validation fails... Is there any way to get this to work?

Can i plug dvr or nvr into this device and use it as a monitor while installing cameras. i don’t want to use it as a permanent monitor i know it’s us
