Overall 5 stars, tho there were a few minor issues I was able to over come. First the pros: great sound, quality picture, easy to use, very fast operation and downloads, looks great in my truck. I have an old 1990 F150 that I am redoing that I put this unit in. I built a center floor console for a double din system. I had ordered and installed a different unit initially and put that in with a double din install kit, this unit is a bit larger than a standard double din, but with the install brackets it comes with that was an easy fix. The sound quality from this unit is incredible. I'm pushing out 3200 watts with and 9 band eq and 2 amps, and this works perfectly with all 3 of them.Now the cons: there aren't many, not enough to drop this a star. One is the size, which I already mentioned, another is that there was a short in the power harness, but I was able to fix that as I had a spare harness from another unit that I replaced the wire with. The biggest thing, and this is only for novice installers, is that it doesn't come with a wiring diagram on the box or in the instructions. There is a list on the unit itself for what each wire is for, so that helps, but for the novice you might want to get some help from someone with experience. But like I said, the pro's of this unit far outweigh the con's and I highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Crashes frequently leaving user with no radio or back-up camera. Frequently requires factory re-set which removes all installed applications wasting many hours re-installing them. Get message "Google play services has stopped" typically crashes shortly after. Manufacturers support did not help and their replies take several hours. Advertised as Octa Core, Turned Out to be Quad Core. Unit also did not come with Nav installed as advertised which was also several hours to download. Screen housing to tight to screen edge making many touchscreen selections very difficult.

I have this unit profesionally installed and it worked nicely for about 1 week. I decided to do a factory resset to see if it works but it crashed randomly and restarted by itself to a recovery menu. After a few weeks of the same. I decided to just use the stock apps only, nothing else installed and after about 2 weeks it did the same thing. It gets sluggish, the wifi network sometimes shows as disabled and the wifi reception is very poor even after moving the antenna to the side of the hotspot it fails. It really fustrating having it crash while navigating on a long trip. There is little information on the manufacturers website and no updates to be found. Im going to take the unit back to the sound center to have it removed. Thats gonna cost me time and money. I would not recomend this to anyone. Watch videos on youtube on other units before considering this model. I will upload a video review soon. It was great for about 7 days after that its a nightmare

I've had mine in for over a year now, it works great, I was able to load Audible to it so that I can now listen to Audible books that I load to the radio without needing a Wi-fi connection, the touch screen works well and the Google maps app is surprisingly accurate, even when not connected to Wi-Fi. You need to remember to connect to a Wi-Fi signal every month or so to allow the system to update the installed apps. The only quibble I have with the unit is that objects on the bottom of the screen tend to be extremely close to the bezel and so, sometimes, tricky to touch on the screen.

I live the idea it's a great idea, but with that being said this thing has major flaws. I just paid 1500 to have my system switched over to my BMW. Before when it was in my camaro with a diffrent head unit it would literally ring your head, now that i have it installed to this head unit it almost sounds stock! Major waste of cash the thing also glitches every few seconds, like I said great idea just isnt what they make it out to be. I would wait maybe about 10, 15 years before buying one of these maybe then the bugs will be fixed and it'll be able to handle a amp and subs... Highly dissapointed to be honest!

Update: support did eventually reply to me, but after I'd decided to return the unit. I'll give them a stat for that.I was really hoping the bad reviews were just a few faulty units, but mine turned out to be a buggy nightmare. I emailed tech support and never got a reply. Item returned.

I mean I had to pay someone to install it in my car but I really liked it, good quality.
