Bellino - Mini Pandoro Traditional Italian Cake, (6)- 2.8 oz. Boxes

Christmas stocking stuffer for my grandkids. They love to have French Toast made from the plain variety

Oh well, now I know to avoid Bellino brand. Of course, I opened one of the cakes to taste-test before giving them as gifts. I'm sorry to say the cakes were dry, stale, and lacked the real flavor of Pandoro (i.e. so called Panettone without candied fruit). In past years, I've always bought Balducco brand, which has consistently been delicious and moist. I'll stay with Balducco. Good thing I also bought lots of Balducco Mini Panettones. BTW, this year in my Northern Virginia markets were Balducco "Vanilla Mini Panettone" and "Chocolate Mini Panettone," both of which contain no candied fruit. They both flew off the shelves, and everyone to whom I gifted one, raved and wanted more. I hope Balducco makes more available next Christmas.
