Same size as the original part. Fits like a glove. My stand was becoming loose & not holding its locked in height. This one is firm. Holds tight

Works beautifully with the Bosch Laser Pole. Don't know how you can use the pole without this fine adjustment tool. Purchased for bathroom remodeling--shower tile work in particular.

Very happy with this . Magnet holds well through dry wall with a little common sense , very easy to dial in, and made like they cared about it .

This laser stand is much, much more improved over the one that originally came with the laser, the biggest problem I've found is that when laser is installed on the stand, there is no way to lock down the side to side motion of the laser. I understand that it is also used to attach laser to stand, but after it is attached, there should be something to lock it down after. Otherwise, even the tiniest nudge will cause it move out of square. Not something super critical, but it is annoying. if this improvement was made then it would deserve a 5 star rating.

I'm using this on top an extra camera tripod I have, but I feel it would be ideal with a metal laser pole. The ability to make adjustments in the height and then lock it in really helps to fine tune. It does NOT work with a Zip Pole as I was told by the Bosch people and is the reason I bought it. The Zip Poles are aluminum. I'm still keeping it though as it's well built.

This isn't a precise as you'd like when you're adjusting a laser. It gets the job done, but it could be a lot smoother. Very fine adjustment is tricky. It would be nice if it had a scale on the side so you could see exactly how much you're moving it. That said, it's durable and versatile.
