Great value smartphone!
Bought for technophobe husband who LOVES his new phone and is actually working out how to use it!! Intuitive to use, clear picture and good sound quality. Even comes with a protective back case and screen saver. Brilliant value and as good as phones more than twice the price.

Really bad phone
Really disappointed with this phone. Read the reviews. Sounded good. Great phone for the money. Got everything you need on a mobile. Anything you need you can download from the Play Store no problem. Does everything a higher quality phone would. BUT. And it’s a BIG BUT. THE BATTERY LIFE IS CRAP. I’m having to charge it 2/3 times a day . ITS A JOKE. Only had it a few days . Enough is enough. Have myself a decent phone. Which is arriving tomorrow , THANK GOD. And as soon as it gets here tomorrow........ Then this piece of crap is going straight in the bin 💩

Cheap alternative
I bought this for the family who wanted to upgrade their social media presence. Good phone, easy to use. Manual is online and downloadable. Battery line isn't the best but manageable. Good valuae for money.

Not impressed
Bought as an upgrade after I had a Sync 5eBattery life atrocious and that's even when not using it. (I don't have any need to walk along the street with it in front of my face) If using it, (wifi mostly) then a few hours and it's flat - Yes - I have a battery saver app and kill any un-needed apps running as often as I can.It went back for an update becuase I wasn't getting texts from companies e.g. the Bank, but was from friends.Seemed to work but recently unable to get security check pin from the bank - texts don't arriveHave decided to revert to the Sync 5e until I decide to buy another non-STK phone

Would not get texts
Got for my husband for Xmas he would not receive any of my texts I sent him and found it hard to ring people had to try at least 3 times before it would contact

Easy to use my 70 year old father in law says. Great quality for money and camera is good

Trouble trouble
Bought two of these and both have broken down in less than a year.I would not recommend this product.
