NO SIM CARD
This phone arrived and I was really excited because it is just the kind I need.As I couldn't get my number onto it, I called Sprint for support and they guided me through every step.Unfortunately, after close to an hour of wasted time, we realized that there was no SIM card in the phone. Customer support at Sprint says this is totally unusual and they agree with me that I should just send it back. Exactly what I plan on doing...

No way to turn off startup sounds
If I had known that I need to announce to the world that I am starting up the phone I would never had bought it

take forever to start
when you try to make a call you have to hold the button down for atleast 1 minute,then it takes a very long time to make your call-as it tries to shut down.waste of money-sorry sprint.
