I have been looking for a quick charge solution for a while now in order to fast charge devices that accept this option.As far as I'm aware, at the time of this review, this is the only one of these that actually performs this function properly. Other use words like quick charge, but they do not trip the "fast charge" function on the device.With no other reviews (for the two outlet USB model), and the brand itself recieving mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance and check this one out.I can report that this outlet does actually fast charge the devices I tested with it, including a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge and s7.The fit and finish is quite acceptable and seamlessly matches with all of my non USB leviton receptacles in light almond. You are provided with 3 color plates and choose the one you want when you install the outlet. The overall install is just as easy as any normal outlet. One potential downside is that I was not able to confirm that the device is UL listed. Also, it's made in China (vs my made in USA unbreakable leviton non USB outlets at $10/each). So if that's an issue for you, you may want to wait until the major manufacturers come out with fast chargers.I will update this review if there are any problems or performance issues with this product. So far, it's worked as designed.---------------------------Update to my previous review as I have now purchased the 3.0 model with PD. Also a great product and charges my Pixel 3 phone "fast charging." It also charges my laptop without issue.The only comment I have about it is that you will hear a slight hum when it's charging from the PD, I can't say it's bothersome, but something I did notice.

I had been looking for another type of integrated USB wall outlet charger than a simple Costco version I bought a couple of years ago. The average ones work, but I could never use the Quick Charge feature on my Samsung or Moto phones. I usually just let it slow charge but would occasionally bring out the Samsung adapter to fast charge if needed. I don't like the extra clutter so I upgraded to this outlet.After reading many reviews from competing outlets that read, "Fast Charge" and such, it was clear that there are only a handful of outlets that actually support the QC protocols. My phones are QC v2.0 and v1.0 so I could not test any v3.0 devices. I have also verified that it charges iPads and other run of the mill devices like USB speakers and cameras just fine.I have had the outlet in use for a week and so far it works perfectly. Installation is simply three wires and they provide two color face plates (white, beige) with the main device being black for three total color combinations.All of my devices indicate QC when charging and the wall clock backs up their claim as well.The only thing I would like is either a version that has two 120V outlets WITH the QC v3.0 USBs or perhaps just a third USB outlet. Two is OK, but I have needed more than two and really wanted three. Maybe in a future version perhaps.

Have bought two of these, one a little over a year ago, and second last week. They work excellent, any phone I've tried with them registers as being connected to quick/turbo charger.The only down side is they are super deep. You can almost fit it in a standard depth J box with a 1 sheet mud ring; you really need a double/2hr wall ring. Recently redid some existing electrical in my garage that was done with MC and nail boxes surface mounted. Replaced with proper conduit, added a bunch of receps and added a second one of these over the work bench during the project. Used industrial covers on everything. Of note, with an industrial cover these WILL NOT fit a shallow box. They will fit a deep box, however they WILL NOT clear any fittings/lock rings....so make sure any connections to the box you want to but this in are on the other side of the box.

Really easy to install, although expect it to be a tight fit for most electrical boxes. Perceived quality of materials and finish is great and it comes with 3x different plastic faces: white, almond & black.Mounted it on really dark-brown kitchen cabinets with the included black faceplate, in combination with a Leviton 004-80401-00E Black wallplate that matches just fine.So far no issue with the outlet: it can "fast" charge two Samsung Notes, or a combination of phones and tablets w/o issues. Whether the 120V outlet is in use or not, makes no difference.I've ordered this after failing hard with ordering a Sunco Lighting 2 Pack Wall Mount Charger USB Outlets, one of which was sent to me broken and the other had its USB ports fail less than a couple of days after installation. Unfortunately, the return window was closed.

I searched Amazon for a true Fast Charging outlet, and this fits the bill. I use it for both iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets. The "Fast Charging" message always appears and it charger quickly. It can be a bit tricky to install, but that really all depends on the outlet (and the hole it's in) that you're replacing. I had little issue in swapping out my standard outlet for this 3.0 USB Fast Charge outlet -- it took maybe 10 minutes. It looks great and performs as advertised.

This is a little challenging to install as it really requires a deeper and wider box than typically found in a home. If there are other wires in the back of the junction box going to other outlets, getting this deep plug in there is a bit of a engineering problem. Once installed it has all the power one needs for charging multiple iPad Pros or any other USB product.

Well packaged and comes with a USB cable, three snap on outlet covers (three colors), and 1 white cover for box. Well made/designed and had no problems with it at all. You can either connect hot/neutral wires to terminal screws, or strip back wires and insert then into their respective holes. Also has a ground connection like a standard outlet. Fast charger worked fine with my Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy 6. I installed under the island counter in my kitchen, got a 1 1/2" cable feed connector to pass USB cable through counter. Looks great!
