This IS a very good product, evenly heats across 2 burners, lightweight and easy to clean and attractive. However, while the product description for this griddle says it has ridges, the photo does not show them, and when it arrived, this model with the silicon handles has none, so perhaps the product description should be modified. At the end of the day, I decided that cleaning may be easier without ridges and I love the handles for color and convenience, so I'm happy!

I washed the griddle when it came. The water beaded up on the surface. I have used it once, cooking french toast. The directions said to not use anything like spray or oil, so I didn't, and the french toast didn't stick. After it cooled, I cleaned the surface with just water. there was a bit of the FT batter on the surface which came off with a gentle rub of a Dobie pad. -- Update. I have continued to use it and like it. I'm using butter with eggs and french toast because it works better. It says that might impair the non-stick surface. I figured I could live with that risk. It does try to spread the heat out evenly. It's not perfect, but no two-element griddle would be. You just have to balance the settings on the two elements. Takes a little practice.

This is a great grill pan. Very light weight, easy to clean non stick surface. I have had caked on juices that baked on the pan in the oven and it cleaned up nicely without any hard scrubbing. I use this most often in the oven for grilling meat and it works wonderfully! Nice grill searing on the meat & keeps meats nice & juicy. Great pan as described & would highly recommend!!

I live in an apartment with a very small patio so I don’t have a gas or charcoal grill outside... this works as a great alternative stove top! I make steaks, burgers, pork chops, etc. and they come out just as good if not better! Easy clean up and you don’t have to worry about getting propane.

Enjoying the double griddle. It has it’s pros and cons: Pros: Light weights for seniors, easy to clean, and has rubber handles. The con: the handles do get a little hot when trying to transfer the griddle. Overall, a great double griddle!

I am in LOVE with this grill!!! Extremely light weight, nonstick & I MEAN nonstick! Tonight I grilled pork chops (6 at one time!) & had to leave for a few hours before I could clean up. When I got back to clean it there was no food was stuck on it, it came RIGHT off with no effort at all. The heat also distributes very well. As I said I grilled 6 chops so two of them were not on a burner & they cooked perfectly! Plus the grill marks! Beautiful grill marks!!!! Stop searching and buy THIS grill!!!!!

I bought this griddle to replace an old one . It ,by far is one of the nicest griddles I have ever used,(I have had many!). It heats up evenly with no hot spots and best of all.... NO warping! Love this griddle.

This grill is OK. I say OK, because I live in an condo. Every time that I use this pan, the smoke alarm goes off and the condo becomes extremely smoky. Also, if you are looking for your meat to be medium well, I do not see this pan getting it to that point. No matter how done my steak was on the outside the inside would be pink. BTW, this is my first grill pan.

I did all of the reviews and even highly rated Lodge and Cuisinart griddles had reports of warping with the heat. This one had no such reports. It is incredible. Heats evenly all over (my griddle burners also heat in the middle between the burners on my ceramic cooktop). It works on med to low heat, needs no oil or butter for pancakes, does not stick at all, and the handy pour spout for bacon make it easy for clean up. Wipes clean with warm water and a little soap. Highly recommend.

This is a really well-made & solid stove top grill pan. We have used it twice - for making grilled veggies & tortilla's & its fantastic! I won't put it in the dishwasher, as I find pans lose their coatings over time that way. I will hand wash it, which is really easy & it cleans up well.

I like the product, except that it is twisted now. Cannot reach warranty office.
