If your TV doesn’t have a built-in tuner, a Set Top Box is needed to pull in HDTV signals.3. In the TV’s setup menu. set the tuner mode to Antenna or Air. Select TV antenna as signal source. In the TV's step menu, set TV to scan for channels. This can sometimes be listed As auto-program, auto-scan, channel search or channel scan.4. If a signal can't be received when using the amplifier or if the signal is not satisfying or only a few channels are available, remove the amplifier and try again. In some instances the amplifier may cause self-oscillation, which may interfere with signal reception.5. You should retune your Freeview TVs and digital boxes from time to time to ensure you are receiving all available services. Retuning takes only a few minutes and can be done with your remote control. Bought this because tv in a bedroom had lost some channels and for some reason picture quality had deteriorated. Plug this item in did a scan job done perfect picture.Well worth the money as we were considering having an other outside aerial fitted.

Works really well. Was a bit sceptical ar first but no issues at all since buying a month or so ago.

Easy to install
I bought this aerial when the old one broke. Plugged it in and retuned the telly. It really was that easy. Loads of channels and a good picture on everyone.

i stuck this on my window so is high up and the picture is perfect, came with a booster so i thought best not waste it and used it anyway and amazing picture for the price
