Excellent product.
This is a very well made, and reasonably priced Inversion Table. You do not need to pay any more for other brands as this is really excellent.Apart from the slightly difficult to understand assembly instructions, once together this table is solid and looks like it will last forever.I had been suffering from really bad lower-back pain for over one month, but after using this product I was pain free. I was using for 8-10 days, 10 mins am & pm.The table has three levels of inversion: approx 100 degrees off vertical, 145 degrees off & can be used at 180 degrees off if required.Truly an excellent product.

Great product. Good price
Was a little dubious at first, but have to say great item. Very sturdy, easy to use. The instructions are a little to be desired but once assembled its great. Easily folds away. Done my back wonders using it 3 times a day for 1 minute a time.

It’s made a big difference to my back pain.
I’ve been using the inversion table for 3 weeks and it’s definitely helped my back. I use it for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night. It just loosens everything off and my back muscles feel more relaxed. I’m sleeping better and no longer have a sore back when I wake up. Hopefully no more pain killers or visits to the chiropractor !!The instructions to build it are very difficult to make out as the diagrams are very small. I ended up just looking at the photo of the table on Amazon and put it together in about 30 minutes.I’m 6ft and 14 stone and find the table solid and stable. You can limit how much you invert by with a safety bar and a safety belt which are supplied.I’ve not gone fully vertical as you need to build up to that. Titling back by about 50 / 60 degrees is working for me.It’s best to use it before eating and drinking so I am using it first thing in the morning and before dinner at night.I’d do sometimes get a bit dizzy if I come up from being inverted to quickly so now come up quite gradually and stay on the table for a minute or two before coming off it.Setting up the table for your height and getting the balance point correct makes it quite easy to get back up from the inverted position. It doesn’t require much effort.Overall it’s a good product at a reasonable price compared with the other tables available.

This genuinely work! This is worth the money
Common sense applies.Be careful watching YouTube vids etc..on these inversion tables, they will scare you only because the video creators normally physiotherapist are careful using legal disclaimers so they don't get sued! This device does work brilliant if its just for a good stretch and especially for back pain ciatica etc.. where else can you safely hang upside down (optional) inside the comfort of your home..This one collapses down so can be storted away, just like a bigger heavier ironing board. Not too difficult to put together.had mine 2 days it's addictive I already feel the relief.Fully adjust for different heights.Im a heavy chap 107 Kg and its strong device.Enjoy well worth the money! You dont need to spend and more... Common sense applies

Ok for the price
Assembled it yesterday with little struggle although the instructions are poorly printed so it’s hard to see. I recommend using your own spanner’s and socket set if you have one as the supplied ones will take you much longer and frustrate you. I’m 104kg and it holds the weight just fine but the way your feet are held in position means all my weight is hanging by my ankles so it’s very painful after 20 seconds unless I tense my feet hard. I had an inversion table a few years back with almost like half padded cups that clamp around your shins which in my opinion is much better. I’m stuck with this so will have to make do. In terms of back pain it’s far too early to tell so will keep at it each day and fingers crossed it helps with decompression.

Great!
Great item, good value and helps my back. Stable and well balanced when using, not much effort required to tilt yourself forward or back. The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired though.

good priced inversion
Positives: It provides good inversion and at different angles - from a slight tilt to 180 upside down. So far, it seems to be robust enough for the job. So, as a user I find it really good (it's still new, of course). It's also a very good price compared to others. The reasons I don't give maximum score are: 1/ instructions for setting-up are difficult to follow and has awkward pictures and words. That said, you will get there eventually - just be patient. 2/ Although it does fold-up to make easier storage (a good thing), it's still a bit clumsy & large (but maybe that's acceptable because we are talking about an inversion table, after all
