Not a great value product
We use these cartridges for our printers at our Hotel front desk. Maybe we print more than we think, but they run out quickly. They don't seem to last any longer.

I am writing because of bad reviews....UPDATE
I almost did not buy this, because of many bad reviews. The toner is most likely a refilled cartridge but is fine, my printer shows full ink and I have printed several dozen pages of text and graphics without issue. The printer recognized the toner cartridge properly.If any thing change I will update.I am changing my 5 start raring to 1 star. The starter cartridge that came with this printer lasted for 2 years and was still at 20% when I bought the new one. I bought it because I was printing some important papers and could not take any chances, so I put the new one in and put the original on the shelf for now. I just checked my printer ink level and it is at 50%- AFTER JUST 1 MONTH of my normal printing. MY only conclusion is that this was not filled with the proper amount of ink. I am very disappointed and will call Lexmark today and ask what can be done to prevent this in the future.
