Rid Your Kitchen of Plastic Lattice Cutters
I have a couple of plastic lattice "cutters" that are nice for marking where a lattice pattern should be cut, but they certainly should not be called cutters. I finally got tired of the time-consuming task of knifing through **every** mark that was supposed to be a through cut, and ordered these bad boys. What a difference steel makes! The "blades" on this cutter are thin enough to actually cut through the pastry with almost 100% effectiveness. It's always wise to double-check all the cuts to make sure they are all the way through the pastry before starting any finally assembly. This takes just seconds with this cutter instead of the minutes it takes with a plastic one. And as with all things pastry, time is your enemy unless you like rolling & shaping paster in a refrigerated room.A couple of notes… the "blades" are thin and can bend somewhat easily. Two of mine on the ends of the cutter where slightly bent, but I was able to easily straighten them out. This probably happened in shipping even with the careful bubble wrap they were shipped in. I store them in the box they came in with the bubble wrap, so they don't get bent in the drawer. For some reason, the price of these cutters varies quite a bit. Do some homework and potentially be patient, and you might be rewarded with a less expensive price.Sorry for the somewhat unrefined photos, but I wanted to post an example of the cutters work. The Wellington was a big hit.

Dough docker that is simply better
I balked at paying at least 500% higher price for this docker over much less effective dockers, before I got frustrated with other dockers allowing more pizza bubbles than I thought should occur. This docker has resulted in fewer bubbles than the other dockers. However, employees have managed to run it over their hands and fingers, but most learned after 1-3 times to keep fingers out of the way of their dominant hand rolling the docker over dough. Those who can't learn within a few painful experiences might be candidates for insurance company high risk evaluations. Employees have voted this docker as an alternate shop defense tool should a customer get too obnoxious. The tool cleans easily, even without automatic dishwashing equipment. The other three dockers are no longer used by any employees, even those who required three times to learn not to roll the tool over their non-dominant hand.

Price is for one cutter not three, photo is very misleading
Great solid cutter but the seller should post a picture with just one 4 3/4" cutter. I ordered the product based on the picture and under the impression that it was a set of 3 but only found out it is for one only.
