Been using this for about 8 years now, still effective and saved me from any major hair transplants. You really do need to use it twice a day. I used it once a day for 6 months and my hair loss continued but when I went back to two times per day, some grew back but Atleast now I’m not losing anymore hair . Will cause head to flake a lot if u don’t use nizoral.
