Not good / started leaking
Water started leaking in 18 months. Update Pathetic customer service. They have accepted the fault with slipping thread and agreed to dispatch the faulty item (shipment no technician to repair) 3 days back but still no update even after chasing them daily. Also, no complaint number provided. I will suggest not to take chances with this new and inexperienced company rather spend 1k extra for peace of mind and May avoid future tile repairs Other companies log a complaint, and arrange a visit to replace the faulty item in couple of days with full transparency

Plate holes are not matching the Diverter shafts.
On opening the package- # check all accessories & fittings are available. # check if necessary tools are available. # Assemble all accessories loosely to confirm compatibility. # ignore any stains in the underside of faceplate as it is natural in plating processs.

A must buy deal
Today I have received the product and I was really impressed with the quality of the product. The product is heavy and brass quality feels good. Also all the accessories were neatly packed and delivered well. The only minor issue is with the exposed cover that the back side of the plate has a bit damp type hard thing which has removed the chrome plate from that part only.
