Description on main page says "1 Pair" but when you go to item it states "Pack of 1" for $7.62. Is it really only 1 foot?

I bought this item about 2 months ago. Yes, this is a pair of supports for both feet. There is a separate left and a right foot. You can also buy 2 pair I believe at a slightly cheaper price, on Amazon.

Will this work for a wide foot? Shoe size is men's 10 EEE

I use them 10.5 4E shoes work great

Should I use both an original shoe sole and this item together or just this item only? What is the appropriate way to use the item? Thanks much!

I place the ProFoot inserts directly into my shoes (I do not remove the original shoe's sole) however I suppose either way could work. The intent is to give your feet support; just make sure to orient the inserts correctly (higher surface to the inside of your feet) otherwise you won't benefit from the support.

Are these insoles typically worn long term to prevent a return of PF?

We both have PF and we wear them always. They do no to prevent nor cure. They simply treat the symptoms and we have had no problem with any symptoms since we started using them two years ago! We have tried many, and though we heard these don't work for everyone, they work for us 100% of the time, and everyone we have bought the, for. My niece had hip pain. These stopped it! ! So, to relieve symptoms , they must be worn all the time. There is no cure for PF. We wind up replacing them about every six months for daily wear shoes. Hope you feel better! :)
