Have been using this air-fryer since I received it last week and it performs beautifully. Have made coconut shrimp, sweet potato fries, reuben sandwiches, a frittata, and apricot chicken so far and all have turned out wonderfully! If there is one thing I find that is not up to snuff, it would be the instruction booklet. It contains some very glaring errors, and seems to have been translated poorly. It could also contain more specific information about using the pre-set options. Get a good cookbook specifically for air-frying and enjoy! All in all, I am very happy with this purchase!

For the first 6-months, we were enjoying the air fryer. However, beyond that the digital numbers began to disappear and worsened to the point we no longer can tell the temperature and time settings. This is such an inconvenience and frankly makes it hard to cook with it now. I would have given higher stars BUT this malfunction is not a good look for the company (literally).We're now ~6-months out from my initial complaint of this product and still no resolution. I have been getting the run around from Kitchen Academy and Amazon's customer service. I am very dissappointed that I can't get any answers on how to return this product. I am not wanting a refund but an exchange for something comparable but another manufacturer. At this point, I haven't used this air fryer in months bc it is now a fire hazard. I am now moving towards filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission under the Consumer Product Safety Act.Note to Amazon: I you sell a product under your name, stand behind your valued customers and provide better customer support.

This air fryer WAS great for the few short months I had it. I bought it in May and it’s August and it stopped working properly mid-cooking. Had to put my chicken in the oven to finish it off. It’s worked great until today. I checked on my chicken then I put the tray back in and it started making a clicking noise then all I smelled was something burning.Not to mention the rubber feet on the bottom of the non-stick basket aren’t adhered and keep falling off.If you only want a fryer for a few months then this is the one for you! I should’ve gone with Nu Wave or another brand.Update: I tried the unit again after a short break and it defrosted a few catfish nuggets then started smoking. I’m tossing this thing before it burns my house down. The return window has closed, so I don’t have an option for a refund. It sucks, because there were so many positive reviews on this air fryer. I just shelled out another $70 to buy another, well known brand. $100 wasted on this crap!

I purchased this fryer for my wife's Christmas present. Couldn't have been more pleased with her reaction. The price was right, delivery was fast, free and it was well packed. She hasn't used it yet but was giddy while reading how many different functions it will perform. I will try to update this post later after she's had a chance to use it for awhile.

Love this product! Works great! The only thing I have issues with is the smell that it give out when I cook something in it. It gives off a fishy smell and I have not even cooked fish in it at all. Other than that love this product.

This is my first time using an air fryer. My mother told me that she received a large package. I guess my air fryer should be there. Returning home at night, I can't wait to test my favorite French fries. So delicious. The main thing is that without using a drop of oil, it is very safe to eat and will not get fat. Then my brother tried the fried chicken legs again. Really surprised by my expectations. This pot can be so amazing. Like it very much.

I love it even when it did not bring a good instruction book. Hopefully we're using it correctly as everything we cook (fry) there is delicious and is big enough.
