I put the liquid vitamin D on foods and eat them. I love the flavor and ease of taking it.

One thing I've noticed with products like this is that they have a very oily taste. This product is no different but I will admit that it's not as oily feeling as ones I've used in the past. The flavor is pretty good better than task products. This is gonna be my new go to.

Great vitamin D
Not sure how to compare or rate this but I’ve been taking this brand vitamin D for years. I was toldIt’s great to get the liquid form instead of tablets and I haven’t had an issue with my vitamin D levels any more so it must be working well !!
