Relieve tired feet, but slide around
These seem to be helping my arches quite a bit, however I do have a few notes for other users -I wear a women's size 7.5 shoe, and have a fairly narrow foot. These fit well, but slip around some when worn barefoot or in some shoes. Worn with flip flops, or basically flat shoes with zero support, these feel great and add a lot of support. However, worn with my birkenstocks (that come with some footbed supoort), these rotated around alot and were uncomfortable, and too much pressure under my arch. In addition, these claim to be able to be worn with flats or shoes for added support, but I would like to note that while they are fairly "nude" color and can be hidden mostly under strappy sandals, in ballet flats or other open shoes there is a very visible "R" and "L" on them that is not so cute.Overall, I am very happy with them and in general just wear them around the house on the weekends when I want to be barefoot or after work to relieve tired feet.

GREAT Product! You just have to put them on correctly
I read the other reviews and found them mixed. So, I tried these for myself and LOVE THEM!!! I have multiple sclerosis and the peripheral neuropathy is unbearable. These really help with my feet. I put them on after waking in the morning, take them off around noon, put them back on soon afterwards, etc. The issue is putting them in place correctly. One has "R" and the other has "L" on the top with a heavy black line. I find it best to put them on with the black line directly between my large toe and the next toe. The end of the item is pulled up to where the toes end with the heavy line showing between the end of that large toe and the next toe. Pull the item up only to the edge of where your arch ends, keeping the edge of the cushion no farther than where the arch ends.I know this is a strange listing of instructions because it's hard to describe how to do these best. You just need to work with them a little and see how it works best for you. Also, it helps to have shoes with good arches. I wear these with my Okabashi (made in USA and inexpensive) flip flops in the house so I can slip my shoes off and on. These are great when you're just reclining, too.

Do the trick
These are ok. Not too tight but the cushion part is smaller than I expected. In fact I bought something similar called Strutz at Bed Bath and Beyond and like then much better because the cushiony part is bigger and thicker. Warning-do not buy strutz off of Amazon-they are not the real thing, they are knock offs (I found that out on Amazon thru someone's review and that woman was correct!!) If I never bought Strutz, I'd buy a second pair of these probably but now that I know Strutz are biggger, thicker and more durable (cost $9.99) I will not be buying a second pair of these. They do do the trick tho if you don't feel like getting off the couch and want to stick with online shopping!

Works great for Plantar Fasciitis but stretches out fast
These have been the only thing that has helped my Plantar Fasciitis! It even helped with my knee pain! The only reason I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it stretched out pretty fast and they now slip around on my foot inside my shoe. I was hoping I could order a smaller size, but it looks like it is one size only. That's too bad because this seriously worked for me. I have tried insoles, braces, compression sleeves....you name it, I've tried it.....these work! I just have to figure out how to keep them from sliding sideways inside my shoes after a week.

I think a medium would have worked better. I'll give these to my husband and order ...
I wear a size 10 M shoe and I have skinny feet and high arches. I purchased the large size because I wear a 10 M shoe and these were wider than my arches were long and bunched up, and they didn't stay in place. I think a medium would have worked better. I'll give these to my husband and order a medium and see what happens. Someone's review said the gel arch was too hard but it felt good when it was in the correct position.

These are great concept, that I truly wanted to work well
These are great concept, that I truly wanted to work well. They are warm from the moment I put them on, but it is summer now. I couldn't wear them at all. They felt clammy, so off they came. The arch cushion is grippy but there is not enough support. The company claims it is one size fits all, but that is very hard to believe. I am a woman with size 7 feet and I cannot imagine a man being able to wear them. They are going back.

find your comfort zone
I enjoy this product. It helped me alot. I have flat feet and it gets painful, I used this product everyday since I got it. At first you need to get your comfort level as in which way you want to wear it. I have been using it for my everyday work. I just two week ago started using it for gym time too. I felt a little relief in my feet now and I feel like I can work out alittle longer. But your first have to find that comfort that works with you.

they work great for treating my plantar's fasciitis
I wear these while I'm at home without shoes on. They tend to slip to one side or the other while on my foot. Otherwise, they work great for treating my plantar's fasciitis.
