I ordered this for my 4-year-old son before he starts school. The product arrived early and is exactly as advertised. The id tag area fits my son's first and last name, year of birth, my first name, my phone number, "Mom", my husband's first name, his phone number, "Dad", and "May not respond to verbal commands." I bought this for a mentally handicapped individual that doesn't wear jewelry/Med-alert or other form of ID. It easily fits on shoelaces and even over a belt. The strap is velcro so it you're removing and resetting often, you might want to check that the velcro is still good over a period of time.

As a motorcycle rider of long distances safety is paramount. After placing the road id on top of my boot laces and securing it around the laces with the velcro enclosure facing towards the wind to really test the mettle of the product I can report that it neither flapped, fluttered, nor flinched even once while at highway speeds in excess of 80 mph.
