Definitely not plug and play solution but could work for those with the time and inclination to tinker.
Would not pair to either VeraEdge nor Samsung Smartthing hub without considerable amount of tinkering and even when successful not all 4 sensors would function at the same time.

The multi sensor looks good. However
The multi sensor looks good. However, I found there are a few issues.1. Although it is 4 in 1, there are only 3 sensor devices created in Vera. The PIR and door open/close sensor are combined. Therefore, the motion sensor can not tell if it is tripped by a door open/close or moving people. From looking at the sensor status, I can not tell if the door is open or closed for sure, which is not what I wanted.2. It is very difficult to open the sensor case in order to change battery, especially when sensor is mounted. I feel I was breaking the plastics.3. The manual does not have much useful information. No installation and pairing instructions. I can not even find this sensor on the company's website.

One Star
Not fully wave compatible. Many of the features were unusable.

Firmware is not ready for prime time
This Quad sensor is identical to the Trio version externally. Internally, the main difference is the addition of PIR and DIP switches. The magnetic door, light, and temperature sensors are the same. The device is compact and well made. It has many Z-Wave configuration parameters. The firmware needs work, however.Trio unit was good, but this Quad with PIR has false triggering issues and the firmware does not effectively address PIR and reed function in combination. The magnetic reed switch is located at both sides of the body and either one makes the contact, so it is convenient but the actuation can be defeated by placing a magnet on the unused side. The documentation has much details, but written in such a way that makes it a bit difficult to read and has errors -- not good in a technical paper.Main Pros: Lots of options, CR123A battery, relatively small size for multi-functionMain Cons: PIR has false triggering problem and does not always turn off. Difficult to open the case once it is mounted! Battery change is a challenge without removing the unit from the wall.It is a good unit for temperature and light-level reading, though there are other choices. For door-sensing only, Fibaro (with many options) or Ecolink/Schlage is better.

and door open functions work great. However
I have this paired with a Vera running UI7. The light meter, temp sensor, and door open functions work great. However, while the motion detection function does show up as a separate device, it's not very sensitive. It doesn't really trip short of walking directly in front of it.
