If I have 19 drug allergies, on 12 medications & have 5 medical conditions I want to put them on medical id tags to wear how can I do this.

This is designed for a Bags and not to wear as it may be too big to wear around your neck. If by wearing it you did mean on a bag then you are allowed 10 lines of engraving on this that should let you fit what you need. If it does not fit then you may want one of the lines as a indicator saying SEE WALLET CARD and have that engraved on the tag.
